I ordered the a turkey sub with bacon, of course had to do the 12 inch. Everything on it plus a side of their ranch. Sandwich was fire, hella turkey meat on the sandwich, pickle was hella crisp. 10/10
I was craving some firehouse and was a little discouraged by some of the negative reviews. I'm happy to report that my experience today was great! I had the beef and cheddar brisket which I have not had before. It was sooo good. The guy working was also very friendly. Will definitely be coming back to this location more often.

very poor service from manager. showed the manager my inline order on the app which was paid for and he refused to honor it stating it did not come in correctly on his end. I would not return or give this store any business
I think the owners or managers of this business are stressed, they seem overwhelmed and should work with connecting with their customers more. The quality of the food and care going into the quality has gone up. They are working hard to improve the experiences. Two younger boys served us at our last visit and did very well connecting with customers, smiling, thanking me and getting my sub to me quickly and made to standard. The food is on point again but it feels like the owners are struggling with staffing and when mistakes are made on sandwiches are hesitant to replace the items to make the moment right. I’m giving this information to benefit the business owners as I am in food service management myself and want to see them do well. They also close at 5, they are missing out on the second rush of the day from 5-8pm that could substantially add to their business.
