Moretti's Lake In The Hills

Just called to place a carryout order and they would not take my order they were too busy and told me to call back in two hours. I guess the Lake in the Hills location is doing so great in business they are turning down business and money. This was my favorite place to eat but now I will not be a customer again.

Came here for a date night and our server Shane was super kind, super patient, very genuine and pleasant. We didn't feel rushed at all, and food came at a reasonable time. Huge fan of their pepperoni deep dish and cobb salad, we'll be returning again soon!

I planned a dinner with my family for my mom’s 70th birthday here. They were able to accommodate all of us comfortably but the positives end there. The service was absolutely terrible. Throughout our entire time there no one checked on us to ask how the food was or how we were doing or if we needed anything. After we were done eating no one came to pick our plates (and we needed space to open gifts). If at any point we needed something I had to get up and find the waitress myself to ask for it. I did that at least 3 times to ask for plates/forks, the check, and to take our plates away. My cousin had to do the same. After all of that our waitress messed up our checks multiple times. We got the manager involved who didn’t even come around to apologize or offer a discount. I don’t say this all willy nilly but this was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. I highly recommend NOT going here.

Great place to stop by at, food was amazing hospitality was for sure a 10/10 overall a great restaurant. Owner Mark Hoffman is also a great and genuine person with great energy respect the guy a lot!

Their food is delicious. Their water is atrocious. Tastes like it was filtered through an old shoe.

Food is good. Can get crowded inside on 1/2 off pizza Tuesday. Parking is small and tight. Hostess needs at least 2 ppl in busy days and know how to seat appropriately.

My mom and I had lunch here before heading to the movies yesterday. The food was great and the service was exceptional! Shout out to Ella who knows how to make the best lemon drop martinis I've ever had! She was so sweet to us and we enjoyed our visit very much. We'll be back, Ella!

I love Moretti's pizza, pan or thin. It's always consistent with their quality. They have a lot of good appetizers, Brussels sprouts and bruschetta are my favorites. They have a nice selection of salads..
