most excellent food omg soooo dang good, you have to try them if you haven't already!!! We originally saw them by my house in Grayslake by the GCHS school in the summer time and man they are delicious. My husband saw them last night (it's winter time) and we had to swing over and get their delicious food again!!!! Love food trucks!!! This one though is by far our favoriteeee

best pancit I've ever had!

We ordered the grilled chicken adobo with rice and the grilled chicken with pancit (noodles) with a mango and strawberry drink. They were fantastic!!! I wasn't too fond of the "boba" pieces in the drinks but the juice was soooo fresh and Soo yummy!! I was too hungry to take a picture of the food!!

Ran into this food truck one Saturday afternoon, glad we found it. Two of us split the combo platter with pancit, and substituted the chicken inasal instead of the adobo. It was soooo good. Chicken thighs were so juicy and flavorful. Lumpia and bbq sticks were awesome too. Hope to run into them again!
