Not the best taco bell. The beans are often dry . The food is not as well made as some other taco bells. Also things are often left out when picking up a drive through order, and it isn’t easy to check everything every time especially with larger orders. Modifications of similar items aren’t labeled, so it’s also needs some figuring out what belongs to who for to go orders.

I placed an order for the family/friends on the Taco Bell app for delivery. 40.00 worth of food did not show up. I went to "need help" and reported it and got a message stating help was on the way! No text no message on the app, nothing. I went to the corporate contact us site and again, silence. Do NOT use the taco Bell app because missing food from a delivery leaves you with no recourse to get it resolved. They ignore it and keep your money. Kind of a awful way of doing business if you ask me. I should have known better when placing a order for 7 people that there were too many items on the order for a minimum wage worker to get right. Taco Bell is now banned from my home as they owe me 40.00 and are dogging me. I expected way more from a company this size. Again, DO NOT USE THE TACO BELL APP IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY. At least you can get an instant credit with DoorDash when food is missing.

Visited 03/17/25. Chalupa shell was NOT fried. I love chalupa's and was so disappointed to open my favorite item. It wasn't fried...AT ALL. I have been ordering this item for more than 20 years. I don't know how such a crucial step was missed. If I wanted a gordita, I would have ordered. I couldn't even finish it. Check your food before leaving the store.

I am disappointed with this establishment. Very unprofessional. Your employees do not want to work. I stopped here the other morning around 9:45 for breakfast and they told me that location was not serving breakfast just lunch which makes no sense. Like I would understand if it’s 11:00 and I feel bad for the Uber drivers because I ordered breakfast again and it took over a hour for my food to get to my house. Even the Uber driver had to call me and explain that my food was taking so long. So the order was cancelled. very poor service I wouldn’t advise anyone going for breakfast unless you want to deal with lazy employees.

They put bacon on both my food items that weren’t supposed to have it. This is not the first time I’ve gotten the wrong food here. you would think that they take the time to read the orders given that they’re the slowest “fast” food restaurant around. Uber eats refused to refund me for giving me something I can’t eat. So I contacted the store. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude from the start and refused to assist in anyway and said to contact uber despite me telling her ubereats is not helping even though I uploaded photos. I understand mistakes happen, but as a business you need accountability. Will be disputing with my bank and reporting to bbb and attorney generals office.

I typically do not review restaurants. But as a person who is from Chicago and worked in the food industry for more than four years, I have to. I have never been treated with such little respect by multiple different employees in different situations. I’ve never had people not even at a fast food restaurant that want to do their job so little. I understand that they’re getting minimum wage. I understand that things can get tiring. But as someone who has I mentioned knows what customer service is, I guess that when they train them, they don’t cover it. I don’t understand how you have a job that you go to and don’t want to be there. Why are you still going then? Now your bad behavior reflects badly on your establishment and it makes people not wanna go there. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to understand such a simple thing. I know this is a long windedcomment, but I have to say it, I went a few weeks ago. The woman saw my name and pretended as though she did not know how to say it it’s a very simple name. She proceeded to mock me, laugh with her coworker and dismiss me. The food was atrocious. And on top of that, I disgracefully had to go for a DoorDash order tonight and I understand that the store was closed at three. But if you guys don’t know this, they still have to make the order. The woman ordered her food through DoorDash before that time, When I went to the drive-through, the girl and probably manager for overnight, I’m assuming we’re working hard to clean, I understand that. They completely disregarded me though. They saw me sitting in my car and completely acted as though I wasn’t even there. They didn’t even take the common courtesy or human decency to say anything for more than 10 minutes. And on top of this, the man had the distaste to come to the door and lie to my face and say that he is incapable of doing this because the store is closed. Then he proceeded to make up a different excuse when I didn’t let out and he’s claimed that a magical person with DoorDash came to pick up this woman’s order before me. Again, if you don’t know, DoorDash doesn’t give you an order to do unless there’s an order to do. I had an order to complete and not only did this Decrease my rating, and I am less likely to be able to pick up orders and make money, but now that reflects badly on them because I reported the store. And it wasn’t even the whole stores fault or any other employee’s fault or the Bigger people’s fault. It was just one nasty bunch. There are never nice people at this establishment, I don’t know what went through his mind to try to gaslight me into thinking that he had already done this order. I honestly feel that he should be fired. And I don’t have a good idea, and I don’t know the truth of this, but it seemed as though possibly the girl that was working there with him through with the ticket maybe maybe he didn’t even know that there was an order, regardless he should’ve wanted to do it. But because he was so caught up at looking at the younger girl in a very disgusting manner as she was cleaning maybe he forgot to do his duties as a manager or as an employee. I’m repulsed.

We went there at about 8:30 pm. Service and food was good. Tables were dirty and it seemed like that may be one of the employees'kids were just there. Even if they were not employees kids, the staff should have taken care of the nuisance as the kids were dropping one of the chairs constantly and were extremely loud. Non stop.

I am going to preface this review by saying I LOVE taco bell and I will ALWAYS defend it. However, this was without a doubt the WORST taco bell experience I have ever had. The worker made up a stupid rule about only picking up two mobile orders at a time?! I have never had this happen before in my multiple years of my taco bell enjoyment. I have once picked up 7 mobile orders at once without a problem. When asking if she could please just give us the third order, she said it was only 2 orders per car. So, we had to sit in the line again and wait another 20 minutes to pick up the rest of our food after re-entering the drive-thru line. Keep in mind, this third order was literally just a 10 piece chicken nugget. It would’ve taken two seconds. But no, they went out of their way to make our lives hard. The service SUCKED and they had zero sympathy. I am truly disappointed by the attitude of the worker when we asked for the third order. She was disrespectful. Upon finally getting our food, THE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. I cannot believe I just wasted an hour of my life because of this garbage. Do I love taco bell? yes. Do I love THIS taco bell? No. not in the slightest. Please do better.

just ordered 2 tacos for $4.27. Will never go back! Probably 1/2 tsp. of ground beef, all lettuce and cheese. certainly doesn't look like the adds on T.V. You will be going out of business for sure. Disgusting to treat your customers for such high prices and not giving them a decent amount of food.
