This gem is a diamond in the rough. It is located in a strip mall, which looks pretty ordinary, however ambiance inside looks very upscale, fine dining. The menu was fabulous and what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. The service was exceptional, food was exquisite and prices very reasonable, especially for the quality. Highly recommend!
We thought we would try what we thought was a new restaurant. Ample parking outside. Very appealing inside and was seated right away. We sat along the wall and our "neighbors" were so close we heard every word they said. I ordered baked onion soup,,,it had a chunk of cheese so big,I used a knife and fork to eat it. Barely into the soup my entree arrived,so I had to choose which one to eat cold. I ordered hamburger of some kind "medium",but there was NO pink in it,but plenty of fries, which were good. We had to ask bus boys for more water. All in all, I chalked it up to an inexperienced staff, but I doubt I will return.
As always Pete and his staff knocked it out of the park! We had Alex as our server and she was amazing! If you haven't tried this little gem yet you really need to. We need more of these independents in our town. Yum yum yum!!
Was second time going my husband and I to get some drinks. It was Sunday, was very low, understandable. First time the barttender were ok but this time the lady it seems couldn't make a sangria or any cocktail. So we were a little while enjoying the place because I like it. But we left and went to another place for drinks and dinner. Like the place but need more.
I went with a friend; first time visit for both of us. We shared a bottle of really good Pino Grigio and both ordered the snapper. I substituted mashed potatoes for the rice; she went with the rice. We both agreed on the quality of the dinner - delicious! Service was great.
We had a great experience at The Annex. We were surprised by the Wednesday night specials, which were 1/2 price bottles of wine, and lamb lollipops for $4 each. I took advantage of the lamb, which was delicious. My dining companion ordered the red snapper, and said it was wonderful. The server was very helpful and fun. Atmosphere relaxed and cute. Very nice evening
Absolutely loved our dining experience at The Annex! The food was phenomenal! A lot of menu options. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. Portion sizes were perfect. The vibe and the decor of the restaurant is nicely done, welcoming, inviting and a wonderful dining experience. The only negative was that they have a live musician and it gets a little bit loud in the restaurant and difficult to hear your table mates. I still rate it 5 out of 5
Food was exceptional. My friend and I split 2 small plates and a carrot cake. Portions sizes are generous for the price. Great service from Morgan who let us stay and talk and never made us feel like we were taking up space.
We dined here for the first time on Sunday evening for Father's Day. We had heard about this place for some time and finally decided to try it. So glad we did! Everything we had was outstanding. Our server, Kyle, was attentive and was great at his job. As soon as we were seated we were given a delicious plate of fresh, warm grilled garlic bread. We ordered appetizers of saganaki and grilled and marinated octopus. It was perfect. For dinner we ordered skirt steak steakhouse style which came with delicious garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mixed vegetables. My husband also got a skirt steak Greek style served with a Greek tomato salad and the most awesome thin cut freshly made Greek fries. And our daughter got Spaghetti Agoli Olio (Garlic and Oil) which came with more delicious garlic bread. Everything was so delicious and plated beautifully. For dessert we got two servings of our favorite Greek dessert, Galaktobouriko (custard pie wrapped in phillo with cinnamon and vanilla and served with a honey cinnamon syrup and homemade cinnamon whipped cream). So yummy!!! It was our first time but we are already planning when we will be back again. I have a feeling this gem will quickly become one of our favorite go to restaurants.
First time at the Annex and the food was outstanding! Unique Greek menu had lots of interesting options. New restaurant and still a few kinks to workout. Service was attentive but a little chaotic. (It was Father's Day weekend). Tables very close together and a bit noisy but overall good experience.

First time dining here. Heard good things and our experience lived up to our expectations. Food was great. Service was lovely. Great specials. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely come back!
The octopus was perfect and so was the blackened halibut! My buddy had the 12oz steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes and he said it was one of the best he's had and at a great value too! We will be back with our families! Highly recommend The Annex if you haven't been here.
Amazing restaurant! The staff made us feel like family! Food was fantastic! Every dish that came out was delicious from the apps to the dessert! Highly recommend the lamb chops!
BEST SERVICE! Every person who stopped by was incredibly nice and helpful. Probably the best service I've had around the area. I had the Snapper. It was cooked perfectly (a little heavy on the flavor of the sauce which interfered with the flavor of the fish, but delicious nonetheless). My husband had a 20 oz ribeye which was tender and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were pretty bland. The vegetables served with both meals had a bit of a crunch and were flavorful. Our drinks were very tasty, but we had to stir them, which was difficult with the size of the ice cube. This should have been done better at the bar. We will be back.
Amazing food and service. 10/10, the bar manager Jonny will always take care of your drinks. Owner Pete is a great guy and truly cares about his customers and his service/ food.
