I came here for me date night and goodness gracious me. The date was bland and basic, poor conversationalist while being way to into themselves. Like bro...who talks in 3rd person about fishing with your bros? Not even the tasty Moscow mule could fix it. Pretty sure he even told me 6 times about his crypto coins. It's 2024 like what are you doing bro. The food was also delicious.

10/10 experience. Service was amazing. Black angus skirt steak and the 10oz filet in garlic butter herb was incredible. I rarely finish a whole steak and ate all 10 ounces. Cooked to perfection— exactly as requested.For anyone who struggles to find somewhere to cook a steak exactly how you ask this place delivers! The skirt was medium and my filet was medium well (exactly how I love it).Casual setting and perfect for a date night.

I joked to my friends that I want to be the GM of this place, and in my interview I would stress that I have zero ideas for change, I bring nothing new to the table, and would strive to keep everything exactly as it is. This place is perfect and I would drive up to Beelow's over any steakhouse in Chicago. I love a classic restaurant doing things the old way, and the food and service are genuinely fantastic.

Always a good "go to" for lunch or dinner. The menu is excellent for a reasonable price. However don't expect special requests for food prep from the kitchen. Your waiter will do their best, but usually the food all comes prepared the same way. That is the kitchen has one way, their way. I guess sometimes consistency is a good thing.
