The food is EXCELLENT! We typically order the Italian beef or the combo which are full of amazing flavor. Our other favorite is the Chicago dog. Always fresh and perfect. And the fries…. hot, fresh, and the absolute BEST! Service is always courteous and prompt. The eating area is always clean. We got a beef, some hotdogs, and polish with frys. Frys were a very large portion which we loved. The hot peppers weren't too hot for the beef too which was nice. Overall I would recommend the place.
I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food is good but the service is hit or miss. The first time I ordered online and got there and I have no idea what time was talking about add had to wait another 15 minutes. Then I went there again tonight, pulled up to the drive-thru, was asked to wait, sat there for 9 minutes, no one ever came back to take order, started yelling at the sheet no answer, so I decided to pull through the window, started waving and honking...
