I honestly don’t understand the hype around Crumbl Cookie. I stopped by to try their classic chocolate chip cookie, and it was a huge letdown. The cookie was underbaked, almost raw in the middle, and the sweetness was overwhelming without any real depth of flavor. It was like eating sugar and dough with no balance or richness.
Also, the price is just absurd—$5 for a single cookie! I could get an entire pack of cookies elsewhere for less, and they would taste better. Not sure if this was just an issue with my local Crumbl or if they’re all like this, but I’m definitely not going back. Not worth the money.
