I don’t think I could give enough complements about the food and the service. The pork chop and the halibut schnitzel are to die for!!! But the table side caprese with the fresh mozzarella made tableside and heirloom tomatoes grown in their own garden left us speechless. Service was outstanding. I’d travel here again to experience it all again.
We visited Lago last night for the first time. I was honestly prepared to be “under-whelmed” due to all the hype and somewhat expensive menu, however, we were very pleasantly surprised! Our server, Randy, was new but did a great job. The GM and Manager both stopped by our table to check in on how things were going. We ordered the Peccorino Rolls which were AMAZING. I tried 2 of the special Old Fashioneds and they were both excellent!! For dinner, my husband had the NY Strip...
Came here with the wife to try this new restaurant. Great experience from the moment we came in. Before and after drinks were great. Bartenders did a fantastic job with serving drinks and conversing with us. Everything we ordered came out nicely prepared. Food was delicious. Also the violinist walking around playing live to the DJ music was great. Will be back sometime in the near future.
