Max helped me at our local oberweis with putting together some shakes for a special celebration and he was so kind, thoughtful and quick! I always have a good experience at this location and Max always make great! Give him a raise!

Oh no another bad review. I have let us down as a company and for that I apologize. In 2007 this ice cream shop was bustling. It was a charming little shop with a brightly painted exterior and a cheerful sign that read “Oberweis”. The owner, Jim Oberweis, had dreamed of running an ice cream store since he was a child, and he poured his heart into creating delicious flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry and a welcoming atmosphere.However, despite his passion and hard work, Oberweis is not doing so well because Jim is old. Speaking on Jim’s behalf I sincerely apologize for what we have come to :(

Drove thru for a shake and it was so runny, it was basically milk. Used to have the best shakes! Go somewhere else for shakes and save your $8.

Just had the best experience here! I walked here from where I work, which isn't far at all, because I was having trouble getting through the day due to drowsiness. Now, I didn't order ice cream... I ordered an Americana and paid in quarters ? but the lady who helped me, Olivia, was extremely nice and didn't seem bothered at all by it like a lot of people would be. My coffee was ready in less than 2 minutes, which is super convenient. When I asked for cream afterwards she again was very polite, asked if I wanted sugar as well and even apologized for not leaving much room in the cup for cream (which was entirely my fault for not saying anything when I ordered). I had great, fast service and it meant a lot more to me than dealing with the average sale/order (I also work in sales).
