The check-in area was more chaotic than I expected and it was very difficult to get your belongings. A child vomited in the little kids play area and the parents cleaned it with a wet wipe. There is no go earning the play areas by the staff and kids could get really sick.

Treehouse is one of our favorite places. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The environment is clean and safe. The food is delicious and coffee drinks are top notch. We go at least once a week.
We visited the new location in McHenry and it is bigger and the kids had so much fun exploring all the different paths to run through. 10/10 ⭐!!!

Finally!! So excited the McHenry location has finally opened. I've been to the LZ location a few times and love it, but this spot is so much more convenient. It's larger than the Lake Zurich location & has a different play structure configuration. It's so clean, like seriously diligent constant cleaning by the staff. They have a menu full of healthy meals & snacks, plus plenty of coffee and drink options for grown ups. The separate mother's room is much appreciated and there is tons of comfy seating spanning the length of the space. Will be back countless times for sure!

We went to the Christmas breakfast with Santa the only thing that was disappointing they use canned fruit as opposed to fresh fruit that they had last year other than that Santa Claus was amazing always fun times

Beautiful and clean indoor playground designed with vibrant colors and inviting decor, offering themed areas for different age groups. Friendly, CLEAN and safe! Such a step up from previous ownership. Cafe area and couches for parents to relax. Overall, it's a great spot for families seeking a fun and visually appealing place for children to play, suitable for casual visits, themed events or birthday parties. 👏🏼

We adore Treehouse Play Cafe! It's so nice to have somewhere indoors for kids to go when the weather isn't cooperating or when you need to plan a playdate in advance and you aren't sure how the weather will be...or you're planning a birthday party and need a beautiful controlled environment. This play structures here are well-kept, clean(!!!!!!!!!!!!), safe, and perfect for young kids to freely play and explore on their own. The space contains them, so there's less worry. And it's a really nice spot for a birthday party in those months where you can't rely on weather to hold out. It's already a pretty space, so you don't need to do much sprucing/decorating. The staff is sweet and helpful. And, most importantly, the little ones have a safe, great time! We had parties here two years in a row and have had wonderful luck both times.

Perfect place for my daughter's 4th birthday! Very clean, friendly staff, fantastic communication, great food and drinks! Kids all had a blast! The open room layout is great and allows you to keep an eye on the kids while having uninterrupted conversation with the parents. Parents can enjoy themselves as well with the delicious adult beverages they offer :) Definitely recommend this place!

This place is amazing! I've brought my son here many times and he loves it. So, we decided to have his 2nd birthday party here and it was perfect! He had such a great time, and the kids' ages ranged from 8 months - 6/7 years old. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and had a blast. The staff here is so kind and helpful. They keep the place clean and the price for party packages is so reasonable. We all walked away so happy. If I could give 10 stars I would.
We had the BEST time for our daughter’s birthday! The treehouse is super clean, on top of everything & it’s just overall a great play place for parties! I’ve had my kids’ birthday parties at a lot of places, this is by far my favorite! Bonus is their awesome coffee bar for the parties ?

We held my 4 year old son’s bday here. It was okay! I do like the venue for free play but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for a birthday party. We got there and it was very hectic to sign in. When we were assigned our party area, it was a very small part of the area for 50 people, plus a character I had hired for the kids. I asked to be placed at the bigger section and the answer was no. Pizza was delivered and they forgot the cheese pizzas (for the kids). I was told they could be delivered 15 mins before the party ended/venue closed. What were the 17 kids supposed to eat? It was eventually delivered earlier than that time but still very inconvenient. The Spider-Man character I hired obviously attracted other kids to my area and were standing in front of my party kids so I kindly asked the front desk to make an announcement to their parents, of which they didn’t. No one came to check in at any time of the party. I kept having to go to the front to ask for simple things like extra forks or plates. When I did go to the front, everyone was always pre-occupied. It was hectic, unorganized, overpacked. The venue itself is nice and like I said, I’d bring my kids go play there but would not host a party there due to limited space and unattentiveness from staff. I have booked parties at other indoor playgrounds that have staff dedicated to party which was way better.
