I bought the Dunkin donuts coffee cup for a reason, refills are cheaper. The the woman taking my order said no refills, it's a Dunkin cup, then I wanted the fresh pack ice cream, she says am I sure I do not want one out of the freezer. It does not taste the same! Customer service is not #1 anymore, tips, and let the customer be wrong!

Hand packed ice cream means PACK it down, it doesn't mean put about 10 scoops with all space in between in a quart container and sell it as a Quart of Ice cream...Rip Off

For the two workers who were telling me I was wrong about the turtle cappuccino blast having chocolate drizzle on it. I've ordered this drink so many times so I think by now I would know what comes on it. LITERALLY a turtle is pecans, caramel, and chocolate.

Friendly employees but they always running out of my chocolate chip ice cream maybe call to make sure they have your favorite flavor before wasting a trip with your hopes high.
