If I can leave a 0 I would I stay across the street from this place. The lobby is always locked the line is always wrapped around the parking lot, the staff is extremely rude and very slow. There is always only 3 workers in the store the reason they are slow. I would go to to calumet city or south holland before I ever visit this place again. I waited 25 minutes for a whopper and another 7 for a refund just to say they couldn’t do a refund……. Pissed me clean off done gave the food away

Ordered mobile pickup at 12:38. Was asked by the rude lady with the red braids to pull around to the door and wait 5 more minutes. Waited until 12:56 for my food while being harassed by an employee saying how pretty I am and asking a million personal questions through my car window which made me uncomfortable. When I got my food everything was fine except the shakes. They were half empty and not mixed at all. Half of the shake was just unmixed Oreos at the bottom.

I received my Doordash piping hot and delicious. Everything was fresh and hot 🔥 I dont know who cooked this particular night,but at 8:20 pm November 5th at the Lansing, IL location on 181st the food is sooooo good!! Thank you!

Waited for 30 min to get food in ,no one in drive through. Three people working. Not fair to customers. I’m not coming back here especially if you are working person and have 30 min break .

Drive through person was kind and took my order right away. Also the managers really do their job in taking care of customers. Names Tunisha and Gina, I been a customer for years in this location and my food was always good and fresh. I love the breakfast and lunch so much. My last visit I order a whopper and it was delicious and it seem so fresh.i just need to say thank you. Also my favorite cook is Jackie she is an amazing young lady.
