It be the same two people there and how can they forget to put meat in a Damm chicken steak, I mean you can barely see the chicken under the lettuce and pickles, I will never go to that one again

Very welcoming , great service. I ordered the large steak with everything down to the pickle was very flavorful and the cheese fries perfectly cooked just enough cheese. Highly recommend.

I got the small California chicken sandwich. Buy 1 get one free. They were both disgusting. They I also ordered a large fries which was a small. I also ordered 2 ranch cups and paid extra. I did not receive them. Everything was cold and gross.

Over prices and the food was super bland. Ordered the buffalo chicken Philly large cheese fry and strawberry lemonade $21. Mediocre at best. Please change yall recipe

Worst Philly I’ve ever had small amount of meat very dry no flavor. For $13 I should have gotten a pop and fries I didn’t. The pop was extra. Won’t be going back to exspensive for the small sandwich

I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

Love this location. Service is great and fast! Recommend getting the chicken teriyaki, their sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and flavorful. It's unbelievable how fast they make the sandwiches.

My first time stopping in was today. Customer service 10/10. The young men working today were very nice and helpful. Fries nice and hot 10/10. Peach Lemonade 10/10. Chicken 3/10. The chicken was dry not enough lemon pepper on it. Very bland. No dipping sauce for the chicken.The place is very pricey probably won’t be back however, thank you for great customer service but please do better on the chicken.
