It be the same two people there and how can they forget to put meat in a Damm chicken steak, I mean you can barely see the chicken under the lettuce and pickles, I will never go to that one again

Very welcoming , great service. I ordered the large steak with everything down to the pickle was very flavorful and the cheese fries perfectly cooked just enough cheese. Highly recommend.

I got the small California chicken sandwich. Buy 1 get one free. They were both disgusting. They I also ordered a large fries which was a small. I also ordered 2 ranch cups and paid extra. I did not receive them. Everything was cold and gross.

Worst Philly I’ve ever had small amount of meat very dry no flavor. For $13 I should have gotten a pop and fries I didn’t. The pop was extra. Won’t be going back to exspensive for the small sandwich

I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)
Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!
