Went to checkers at 1:53am and ordered a regular cheese burger. There was a worker named Ana who was very rude. Maybe she was ready to go because it looked like she was by herself. However the only thing that was asked of her was why the scanner was not working for the trip if you upload your receipt. Horrible experience and I've never had a problem with any other workers at this location.

Went to this location on July 27, 2024 and the Mexican girl who said she was a Manager is absolutely CLUELESS, she did not even know how to use a simple coupon !!! She doesn't speak English either !!! I had the coupon for the Buy One Get One for $ 1 for the Big Buford Burger. She kept scanning the coupon code and still did not even know how to apply it to the order !!! THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS !!! NOTE TO CORPORATE: HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES !!!! ?????????????????????
Great customer service, my food was fresh, hadn’t had a chili dog since I was a teen and they did not disappoint, I asked for extra onions on both my hotdog and burger and they understood the assignment, fries were fresh and cooked well, I wish they had the banana shake but it was well explained why they didn’t and I appreciated that!

This is usually my go to location, but after the service that I just received today, I will never come back. I do understand that everyone gets a chance at a job, but please have people who speak clear English working the drive-through or inside of the restaurant. There is no way that you can run an establishment with no one who speaks English in the restaurant. I placed an order and tried to use my rewards and was told multiple times that my number was not valid and the reward number that he clearly saw himself was not valid.
When I asked to speak to a manager, his response was it’s only me and my father. PLEASE keep at least one person on staff who knows and speaks CLEAR English.
