Not surprised that this location has a 3.4. I just discovered it’s there and tried it tonight. My $37 mobile order bought me cold food and 2/3 fries I ordered. When you call the store, you get someone who makes you wait while they get all your information and tell you “someone from the restaurant will contact you via email.” Great customer service-not. Won’t be back.

Nothing but kids working there. The whole order came out wrong , it didn’t even seem they knew what was going on ,they kept asking my order and name for every item that came out. Food was decent but the order was wrong even after having to repeat my name and order, very unprofessional.
Yikes. This location does not live up to the Chick Fil a standard.

We were in Illinois to try the Golden Bear restaurant. It was so crowded, we decided to try Chick-fil-A’s breakfast for the first time. We’ve had dinner items, but never breakfast.
I can’t say we were disappointed!! The food was so delicious!!! I love their little hash browns!! The breakfast sandwiches were good with the jelly! I wasn’t sure how that would taste on chicken!😳 It was pretty darn good!!🤤
We also got shakes, because their shakes are delicious!!🥰 I love them! Anyway, my husband and I found a park and we ate, and enjoyed people watching!😂 But anyway, it has never disappointed! If you haven’t had the breakfast, give them a try!!

I went on my lunch break. I ordered a 3 ct chicken strip meal. They gave me nuggets. I returned the nuggets and they gave me cold and burned strips. I requested a refund and I waited for several minutes. All of this took about 30 minutes of my lunch break. I will never return. I really do appreciate them being the disappointing staff that they were, because it saved me $15 I didn't need to spend. I'll eat chips and a lunchable till I get home to the grill. These restaurant employees seem to think that customers have to support their business. We don't. It's more economical to buy groceries and cook for yourself. Fool me once, shame on me...

Usually I don’t review places so low but this place needs work.
I’ve been here multiple times and everytime my wait is over 25 minutes. one time I had to wait 25 minutes for my lemonade. A lot of times they forget like the sauce, straws, and even messed up my sandwhich a few times. The little things that make customers happy and wanna come back that is what they need to work on. My food is also always cold because how long the wait for it is.
I also applied here and you guys don’t need to hire me or anything but to be told by the manager and owner that the future career I wanna go into is wrong for me and is a mistake because apparently I have no passion is disrespectful in my opinion. Usually I don’t care but I felt so disrespected by this place. To basically say I have no passion and confidence in life is not professional.
