Chipotle Mexican Grill

I doordashed from this location and when I received my salad it had a bunch of watery sour cream at the bottom of the bowl. I even transferred the food to another bowl and the sour cream was still watery. I'm highly disappointed because I thought the food would be good. Please do better.

Food too doggone salty. I had to throw it in the garbage. I usually go to the chipotles on 87th dan ryan or 95th near western. On top of that they charged 15.00 for a double chicken bowl. Never have I paid that much! I should have followed my first mind and went to my neighborhood one. I had to take an extra blood pressure pill. No wonder the place was empty. And it didn't look that clean either. I will never go back.

This is one of the messiest locations that I have ever visited. If it’s not the workers’ attitudes that are messy, it’s most definitely the fact they don’t clean up behind themselves when prepping orders for customers.

This place is terrible. If I was able to give a 0 i would. The management there is unprofessional. There is to many kids working in this location. I tried To order my son a bowl. The young lady tried to give me some queso that she had to scrap from the bottom and said it was fresh. I asked If i can Have some fresh queso. She asked her manager on duty Kaiden i believe was his name. He told me if i don’t Take it then I’m not getting nothing at all because he not making me nomore and walked off. Very rude and disrespectful the way they treat their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location to nobody

Food is fresh! They are not stingy if you ask for more. Very nice staff. It's a new restaurant too!

Meat portions are very small. Ordered from there twice with meat being burnt.

Today was the last time I come to this location. I figured when I was going when they first opened, they were still trying to figure it out. Now I realize this location is truly bad. The chicken is still extra salty. And today, I was overcharged for a chicken burrito bowl. Before tax, the item is $9.90. How was I charged $15.00?! The sales tax isn’t that high. Never again.

Edited 10/29/24: I couldn’t find my receipt when I posted my initial review. Found it and I saw I was charged me extra chicken when I didn’t ask for extra chicken. I reported the issue and received a reward for a free entree. I will definitely use my reward at another location.

Since Chipotle opened it has been a big disappointment. The first time, the food was ice cold, especially the meat, it was tho it just came out of the fridge; second time, I always get carnitas, it was nothing but fat ; third time the guacamole is constantly salty as hell; fourth time the salsa is constantly salty as hell and the chips seem to taste burnt. If management doesn’t fix these issues I can’t see this Chipotle staying open for too long….. what a shame that will be for Lansing. I no longer patronize this location and have now returned to the one in Munster. Good luck!!

I order my food on the app and get to the restaurant and still have to wait 20 minutes for my food! What’s the point of the app!!!

Employee that rung me out was more worried about her cell phone was rude at check out. I spent 35$ didn't even get napkins or silverware. First and last time I'll ever go to that Chipotle. That place was dirty and the staff was rude... don't waste your money..

This is my second time coming to this location since it opened. The first time the portions were very small so I took a few months and I decided to go ahead and try it again. This time portion size was fine. My only complaint is is that the meat was extremely salty. I ordered the chicken bowl.

I came in today 10/15/2024. Cashier was Pleasant. The guy that made my bowl was nice. First time coming to this location. I order a chicken bowl. The chicken was salty asf. Too damn salty, an didnt feel like driving back over there. But it definitely was a waste of money. Want return dont want to take that chance again an get a bowl of salty meat.
