Walked in, i was the only customer in line. Still took 15 minutes to get my order. At least 5 employees standing around doing nothing. 1 person handling the entire food service line. And she had a crap attitude, very unfriendly and militant. All the other employees had same attitude. There were 2 non employees leaning in front of the checout station, not eating just hanging out. Felt like staring me down. Felt a little unsafe and intimidated by these 2 characters. Last time going here. Ill go to NWI.

Ordered through app, portion sizes was small. Hardly had chicken and veggies, lettuce and corn. Never ordering online again. Also was not able to use my free guacamole for my birthday on the app or in store.

They are super slow and very much could careless about the people standing in line or being quick about it this was not my first visit, I have tried it twice before this thinking they would eventually get better…NOPE!! This is the only location I know that doesn't do large quesadillas in store. The attitudes in this place aren’t very inviting. Do not recommend

Horrible. Supposed to open at 10:45. Didn't open until 11:15a.m. Needs better staff more punctual.

I ordered 2 bowls, chips and a free red sauce. I only received one bowl and it wasn’t made how I ordered it. They had beans, sour cream, red sauce and guacamole in my bowl. The manager was very disrespectful when I took my order back. Oh and I ordered from a delivery app

There this big girl at the restaurant and she’s very rude and this workers will be having conversations and don’t care if you show up. They’ll talk until they’re done before attending to you.

I am disgusted by the service today. I waited fifteen minutes for an order, and when it finally came up they had the NEEVE to charge me for vinaigrette (which is always free in other areas - go figure!) I why o was paying for vinaigrette on an order that I waited so long for, and I was told that CARRIE, the general manager, was too busy to talk to me. But she insisted that I pay.
This is awful. The fact that we have to pay at all is a disservice to the customers, but then to have me inconvenienced with no retribution is doubly disrespectful.
This should not be ok.

Bad service. My burrito was horrible. The people working here need further training in food preparation and cleanliness of the establishment.
