just left the girl was extremely rude spilt some of the topping on the ice cream when she gave it to me and she wanted to charge an extra .75 cents ridiculous Homewood location don’t even charge never going back plus she was in the back for a long time before the customers got service

I went here today the girls working are so rude!!!! Yall need to re-think yall customer service team!!! How is that you place an order they don’t give you a receipt make the order wrong then tell a customer they have to pay again for another order. I lived in Lansing for 18years and have never had an issue until today… I never get a receipt the order is never repeated back but I’ve never in the past had an issue! I don’t know what kind of customer service training your team has received but the so called manger on duty Sunday 6/23/24 at 7:30 in the evening was rude and unprofessional. If a customer points out an error why not take the correct actions to correct it!!!!! How is that you make my order wrong then tell me I have to pay again for another order!!!!!! I can’t believe this happened…. The entire team on duty was rude!! I get it ice cream only cost $5-6 but a mistake is a mistake you got people taking in the background cars driving down the street how you gone tell me what I ordered if you keyed the order in wrong! It wasn’t really that deep all I asked was for them to fix my ice cream and all the smart back and forth was unnecessary telling me to get in line and pay again like are you serious!!!

Today is the 2nd time I’ve been to Dairy Queen since they opened back up for the season and the ice cream clearly wasn’t ready yet it was runny and just looked ugly. If the ice cream isn’t ready yet please let us customers know in advance before we spend our money.

Bad service! This will definitely be the last time buying from there. The girl taking the order was rushing me, there was no one behind me, so it’s not like she had much to do. I ordered two banana splits and a chocolate Sunday. Banana splits were all melted and leaking everywhere, no strawberry topping and hardly any pineapple or chocolate either. I requested chocolate sunday and was given caramel sunday. I mentioned it to her and she just looked at me like I was the crazy one, she didn’t offer to fix it, no apology and shut the window. I rather inconvenience myself to take the drive and give my business to the Munster location than shop in my own town for the lack of customer service.
