I went today through the drive thru on 10/11/25 around 6 pm and ordered an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. I took one sip and immediately realized it was regular milk and not almond milk. I pulled back around and I told her my coffee was supposed to be made with almond milk and she insisted it was almond milk and kept saying she was the one that made it. There wasn’t a sticker on the cup that said almond milk on it. I order this all the time, and there is a huge difference in taste between regular milk and almond milk. It’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s not okay to gaslight customers over it.

You ever just look at the color of your coffee and know it’s going to ruin your day? I had my coffee made two times and both times it looked like straight milk.. not what I wanted at all. NEVER coming back to this location considering this is not the only time this has happened to me here. Disappointed to say the least

I normally have no issue with this location. But on 7/22/25, I ordered a mint choclate chip latte via drive-through. The cashier at the time was given my beverage to pass to me which she stated cookie dough latte. I expressed this was incorrect and it was no problem. Staff were conversing about the incorrect beverage and asked if I could pull up and they would bring it to me. The staff member allegedly brought the correct beverage and it was the same one that was given to me at the window. By this time I had pulled off. Grateful I had no allergic reactions to wrong order. Please pay attn and listen.
