I normally have no issue with this location. But on 7/22/25, I ordered a mint choclate chip latte via drive-through. The cashier at the time was given my beverage to pass to me which she stated cookie dough latte. I expressed this was incorrect and it was no problem. Staff were conversing about the incorrect beverage and asked if I could pull up and they would bring it to me. The staff member allegedly brought the correct beverage and it was the same one that was given to me at the window. By this time I had pulled off. Grateful I had no allergic reactions to wrong order. Please pay attn and listen.

Weekday mornings this location is great; my order is always right and I never have to wait. Today and 2 weeks ago, not so much and quite the opposite.
I ordered in the drive through, paid, had to ask for my receipt, and was asked to pull up and they would bring out my order. When I reviewed my receipt, I asked for no cream and on the receipt it said add cream. I went in the store to let them know but they made it with cream so they remade it and then did not get me my food. When I told her I had ordered food too, she gave me the wrong order... I did not notice until I had been on the highway for 5-10 minutes. Instead of the 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps, and everything mini bagels, she gave me the bag with bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with hashbrowns... I could not contact the store bc I was driving. I was upset because I know there's a deal for that meal with coffee for $6 and I paid $13 for my order ... Today and the last time i went here 2 weeks ago there were issues with my order and it took over 10 minutes for my drive through order to be done both times. I will no longer go to Dunkin on the weekends or afternoons.
The girl working the register inside the store was great though and seemed to have the most experience today and 2 weeks ago.

I’ve been here lots of time I work down the street so I always get some coffee before work, and the time I get coffee always taste like crap, as if the milk is spoiled or something. And when you try to call, they never answer. I’m done coming at this place.

I placed an order in drive-thru with a young lady and when I got to the window no one ever came to the window. I sat at the windows for 13 minutes and no one ever showed up.
This is not the first time this has happened at the store and I would like to speak with management concerning this.
I think I will take the extra drive before work and go to the Munster location. They have much better service there.
Well as I am typing this TWO employees are coming across the drive thru it turns out the employees were at Wingstop getting food. This is totally unacceptable and Unqiue is one of the employees who took my order over the speaker but she wasn’t even in the store. Once I asked her name so I can report this incident, she said that she was on her break helping the other employee out. Mind you this was around 10:30pm This is bad for business.
