Dunkin on 170th Torrence: This is best Dunkin I've been to in several yrs. Employees friendly respectful. I passed local neighborhood store just to get here. I ordered or ate here 4 - 5 times. I have never been disappointed at this store. Well done

I've been going here for years on my way to work. I order the food and drinks and they rarely disappoint. They're not stingy with the bacon like most locations. Their drive thru is fast even at their busiest times.

I don’t recommend going to the drive thru at this location because the three times I have, my latte was always cold when handed to me! The one time I actually went in and it was nice and hot!! Very clean on the inside and friendly staff.

Went through Drive Thru today, the service was terrible. The young lady fixing my order gave me a box smeared with chocolate, I ordered six donuts she put 5 of the wrong and worse looking donuts in the box. I drove back to this establishment only to be kept waiting another 30 minutes for my refund. Finally got my refund no apologies, nothing. I will drive to the Hammond, IN location for better quality and service.
There was no one at the front when I entered. After a few minutes, a worker appears and didn’t even greet me or ask me what I would like to order. She literally just stared at me until I started speaking. She only said two words when I asked her a question. When she handed me the food, still didn’t say anything. Horrible service! She didn’t include napkins. Would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

Place has fallen off. The afternoon staff is trash. Putting way too much cream in the iced coffee. Crystal is still pleasant and great in the mornings, but he afternoon staff don't have people skills and can't make coffee.
