Place has fallen off. The afternoon staff is trash. Putting way too much cream in the iced coffee. Crystal is still pleasant and great in the mornings, but he afternoon staff don't have people skills and can't make coffee.

They make my coffee right every single time an I go here so much they know me by name I appreciate the staff here. Granted it's a in an out there's still a welcoming atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised today, matcha latte with cold foam made well. Hash browns hot and tasty. I was greeted with a hello, by a very kind woman. I was there during the morning rush. I did pick up through the app for faster service. IDon’t normally write reviews but was expecting much worse based off the previous reviews. Hopefully that’s a sign management is listening to customers and treating their workers fairly
