I ordered crab legs, shrimp and chicken wings via the telephone, the employee told me the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready, in fact, I waited about 45 minutes. When the order was finally ready, they did give a discount due to the long wait. However, as I began eating, the order it was cold as if it was sitting to the side after they prepared it.. Since re-opening the Lansing location after renovations were done, they seem overwhelmed with orders and giving people realistic time frames on when to pick up their orders. The staff was pleasant but they require better training to accommodate the volume of business this location receives. One other customer stated he ordered 10 wings and had been waiting an hour. He requested a refund but before it was processed, the order came up. Lastly, one order of the crab legs were "dark" in color, that's an indication they're old. So be very cautious.

It's been pre covid since my last visit. Shrimp and tater tots would be good on Ash Wednesday. Too my surprise the Shrimp are no bigger than my thumb and $20 for twenty tiny Shrimp is slap in the face. Not to mention the tots were warmer than the

Me and my granddaughter was supposed to have lunch there. I want to get in I got sick my stomach start hurting because of the smell of the place.

waitress lived up to Hooters requirements. Except, service was slow, disorganized, an item placed to go, arrived before our food did. Food was OK, we had a table of three. The salad for Guest one was great, the original wings for Guest too, were flavorless. My order of wings were good, but the bones were black indicating they have been reheated in a microwave. Flavor was OK but I won’t order them again. Nor will I go back to this location again. This is my third time out to this locationand service as usual was subpar. I wish them all the luck in the future, but I won’t be there to contribute to it.

This can’t be the Legendary Partial Chicken Wings. I must admit I am not impressed nor will I order this wings again.

True Buffalo Wings are Juicy and Delicious beyond a reasonable doubt not dry with the sauce becoming clumpy like grease.

Waitress all standing taking selfies together.
Just terrible.
Find another Hooters to go to.

I will never return to this establishment again. The waitress displayed extreme rudeness and informed us, as customers, that we should never expect her to split the bill because she had never provided separate checks from the start. Consequently, I attempted to pay for everything using my card, but it was declined. Normally, I would receive a text message from the bank indicating that the transaction was flagged as “fraud.” However, the manager arrived and questioned me about it, but there was no evidence of any such activity. I contacted the bank, and they assured me that there was nothing wrong with my card and advised me to try again. Despite my efforts, the manager attempted to process the payment but abandoned me with my card in hand. The following day, I discovered that someone had used my card to make multiple unauthorized charges, totaling $2,500 for a loan company and title max. I called my bank gave them this information and told to start there I was able to retrieve the manager’s name from that night gave it to my bank so they can do a thorough investigation. I hope it wasn’t her but if it was she will be going to jail.

The chicken wings were not flavorful at all. My Buffalo shrimp were small and overcooked. Didn't really enjoy the meal but the server was nice and friendly... oh yeah and there was hair in the bleu cheese dipping sauce 🤨

The wings were good, except I didn't order Chipotle Honey wings, but that's not what I received. I ordered 10 shrimp, but I didn't receive them, and I was not charged for them, so that was an issue.

Completed an online order at 11AM to pick up at 4:45PM. I arrived at 4:40PM. It's busy but not crowded. The time is 5:15PM and I'm still waiting for food. I was told at 4:40P give them 7-10min. I have had to ask 4 different ppl for an update. The excuse is the kitchen is backed up. So instead of stopping the online order option to catch up, they are still taking orders and still seating and serving in restaurant guests. I tried the Oak Lawn location with the same results. I won't be patronizing any longer with almost $100 worth of chicken ordered.

After a 15min ride home I then arrived only to find my order with no sauce. 🙄

First problem was I was not able to order for pick up over the phone or on line. I decided to drive over to order and wait around for them to complete my order. I ended up waiting for one hour and seven minutes for my order to be cooked. The shrimp and wings were both over cooked and the two tater tots (lots of tots) orders which were supposed to include bacon only had bacon with one order. I did complain about how long it took and the manager took my name and phone number for which I will get a $15 credit on my next visit. We shall see.
