Food was decent, sauce was all on the bag/receipt, salad dressing was on the bottom of the salad, pickup window was slow and didn't acknowledge customers nor did they update us on why we were just standing there waiting!

This location isn't my favorite Hooters, but everything was good. The only thing that kind of irritated me was they didn't have any of the packaged hand wipes.

Horrible experience!! I placed an online order that was to be ready at 4:50pm. I arrived at this time. I followed the online prompts to enter the store for my order only to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Not a big deal. However, after waiting 15 mins, I asked about my order again, I was told again it wasn’t up yet. After waiting another 15 mins, I asked for a refund. At this point, they realized that my order had been out the entire time. When the cashier tried to hand it to me, I refused it and asked that it be remade or refunded since it sat there so long. A few mins later, a manager(Jen) came out asked why I wanted a refund. After explaining, it was obvious, she couldn’t care any less. No apology, no empathy.. basically take your money and go. I have been a loyal Hooters of Lansing customer for years.. literally passing other locations for this one…. but this is probably my last visit here. Order# 40377236551450625
Purchased a Strawberry Daiquiri (light liquor) when I received it — it was completely watered down as of it was sitting for a while asked Manager if I could replace it or return it and she stated because of the liquor law they can not return it but also didn’t try to accommodate me either.

I went in I order a salad , a 3 piece buffalo tender with Fry's and a mousse cake waited over 40 mins, I got home and when I opened my food the salad wasn't a salad there was barely any lettuce it's was mainly cheese , it was a craving with me being pregnant so I tried to suck it up but the amount of cheese was ridiculous made me lose my appetite completely got to work next morning figured I'll eat my tenders for lunch , nope cause those were incorrect also when I got off work I called and was told to bring it in and the will remake it I explained how I didn't want a remake I didn't want it no more was told I couldn't get a refund or anything so I go into store bring all the food back just to get an attitude I'm sorry I want what I paid for

I love Hooters and this location ONLY if I dine in which is why I give 3 stars. However, each and everytime I order for takeout Im highly disappointed. I ordered my wings extra crispy and double dipped. When I got my wings they barely had any sauce on them. I should have checked before leaving knowing that they dont give the same effort for takeout as they do when you dine in. I recommend that if you want good service and food to dine in do not order takeout unless you have time to look at your food and wait for a possible reorder for them to correct it.

Best Hooters I've been to in 20 years. super hot wings. lots of sauce fresh fries and the perfect ranch. 5 different tv channels on lots of tvs. Thank you Makayla and hats off to the cooks.

I’m honestly not sure where to begin. When we arrived, we stood at the entrance for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us—and the restaurant was not busy. Once we were finally seated, we were assigned a server whose behavior was extremely unprofessional. From constant lip-smacking to an overall lack of basic courtesy, the experience immediately went downhill.
When our food arrived, my niece’s meal was drenched in what looked like an entire bottle of BBQ sauce. But what shocked me most was seeing the server notice an extra ranch cup on one of our plates and then reach over and remove it after the food had already been placed on the table. That is absolutely unacceptable and certainly not sanitary.
To make matters worse, the server spent a considerable amount of time socializing, gossiping, and using profanity with friends who were hanging around instead of focusing on her job. I ultimately had to track down a different server just to be able to pay my bill.
This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I expected much better.

waitress was good however there was a problem with my food we told the waitress and she told the manager but the manager jennevra sent her back 3 times telling her she wasn’t coming to our table but ended up coming, but when she came she didn’t handle the situation professionally was very rude popping her neck. The other manager elanie came to handle the situation and handed the situation good how a manager should.

Waited 48 mins for 10 boneless wings and fries. I come to this place every week. It should take 20 mins at max. The manager Jen was terrible. Didn’t have anything to offer me but a drink. Seeing that I told her hey I’m here once a week and this how you do me? She shook her shoulders and said have a good day. No sense of order in this place. You let creeps sit at your bar and harass the girls in there. As a lady that’s sad. And I cant blame anyone but the head of the staff. Thank you Jen for ruining my experience. I won’t be back I will drive to orland or Indiana from now on. Customer service should be valued to anyone no matter the demographics.

Enter the Togo section and waited for 10 minutes for service, after 10 minutes I went into the restaurant to ask for assistance. We taking the order the cashier act like you was talking to her from 3 blocks away. She didn't want to extend her arm at all for payment of the order. The food took about 30 minutes.

This place was the worst. I ordered a to go meal went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready they couldn’t find my order I showed them my confirmation and she still would process my food I ended up waiting an additional 30 min. The whole point I pre ordered was so that it would be ready for pick up. I even got caught by a train on the way there and it still wasn’t ready. Really aggravating didn’t even apologize
