I ordered 20 wings , there should have been 10 flats and 10 drums. they gave me 19 drums and one flat we complained they came out with six flats and told us they had to take six drums off our plate. They took the six drums and threw them away. I think that’s pretty petty. I thought they brought us the flat as a courtesy because they messed up the order, but they actually took six drums off of our platter and threw them away. I can’t believe it. In the past, I have gone to Hooters at least five or six times a year, but after this, I’m done. I contacted corporate and all they did was send an apology email not even a call to see what the problem is.

manager has horrible customer service. gave me completely wrong order and told me she wasn’t having it made over. was missing items and the fries they gave me were old and soggy. didnt say hello or even apologize. waited an hour to get my food to go after being told 20 min. watched several people place an order after me and received their orders before me.

Great food on some days. Not the best customer service most of the time. Absolutely Horrible management and as far up the chain the worse it gets on a customer service level. Had an issue with the manager years ago, I contacted Corporate then and absolutely nothing was done they never eachrd out only to see she's been promoted to GM Elaine Stephens and 3 days later before banning me Im still waiting to hear from corporate on a refund. No parts of Hooters establishments will EVER see my dollar again knowingly Im going to get as many family and friends as I can on board.

Just ordered takeout.
Waitress out of site on her phone so I had to go inside to have someone send her back out to the takeout station.

The food taste like it was microwave food from last night. I can't recommend or go back to the location on Torrance in Lansing

Very friendly place. We arrived within 15 minutes of them opening. I ordered a cider beer and a Buffalo Chicken sandwich with onion rings. It was so good and the beer was sweet and refreshing.

Our server, Mya, was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to explain the menu and make suggestions.

Regrettably, our experience occurred on an evening when only the younger staff members were on duty. They get a star for effort because we understand the challenges of food service.

The hostesses seemed rather impolite, and the server appeared to be both unprofessional and inattentive.

We had placed an order for twenty wings and two beverages.

The drinks remained unattended on the bar for a quarter of an hour before being delivered to a different table that had been seated after our arrival.

We never received our food, nor were we even provided with water. The server did not check on us at any point.

Consequently, we departed after enduring thirty-five minutes of truly unsatisfactory service.

to go order. it was busy but even still, not good. I ordered at the window, and was there as soon as they brought the bag out and the food still wasn't even fresh. the bag was torn, soaking oil. no napkins, no utensils. the box itself and bag was dirty. there was a huge BBQ stain on the receipt and they still gave it to me like that stapled onto the bag. Just dirty... and the two people ahead of me had orders that were given to them incomplete. luckily they knew to look first before leaving. food not fresh and the fryers could use an oil change. find a different hooters

update: there is a whole different sauce inside the box, idk what it is but it's nasty. I threw it out. Just do better...

We decided to eat here and passed other restaurants.
less than 5 minutes. My fiancee ordered crab legs and fries, and I ordered the BBQ shrimp with onion rings. Drinks were Pepsi turned out to be watered down. Coke raspberry tea was good. The food took over 22 minutes. Both our food was cold, and no silverware was placed. Nothing to crack open the crab legs. The shrimp was drenched in BBQ sauce. I had to use the majority of the towels to sop up the sauce. Would not return food, don't trust that. I will not recommend nor will I go back.

I ordered crab legs, shrimp and chicken wings via the telephone, the employee told me the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready, in fact, I waited about 45 minutes. When the order was finally ready, they did give a discount due to the long wait. However, as I began eating, the order it was cold as if it was sitting to the side after they prepared it.. Since re-opening the Lansing location after renovations were done, they seem overwhelmed with orders and giving people realistic time frames on when to pick up their orders. The staff was pleasant but they require better training to accommodate the volume of business this location receives. One other customer stated he ordered 10 wings and had been waiting an hour. He requested a refund but before it was processed, the order came up. Lastly, one order of the crab legs were "dark" in color, that's an indication they're old. So be very cautious.
