I will not be returning to the Lansing location. Service was beyond terrible. The waiter was very slow in delivering our food. Pancakes were hard around the crust…most likely had been warmed up in the microwave and just sitting there. Coffee was lukewarm and it took him an additional 10 minutes to bring the cream. Asked for a manager and never received a response…very unprofessional.

It is a clean establishment with some customers. We had to wait to be seated, which took a while because no one was in front. There were only like 2 tables of customers, so that wasn't pleasant. I've they took the order we had a short wait for our choices. The food wasn't good. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was a prefrozen breaded meat patty that they deep fried with a watery so-called gravy, which didn't taste very good. My husband has the seafood plater that wasn't that good either. I'll never go beck to this one again.

Pancakes came out looking delicious, but I was disappointed when the strawberries tasted like they’ve already started fermenting. Not to mention, they deeeefinitely water down the syrup because I could taste it instantly. So I shook the bottle and I noticed it is not the consistency it should be. Never had failed berry pancakes before :( wish I didn’t come here cause now I wasted $20

Customer service was whatever though i guess, nobody was rude but they definitely aren’t exactly personable either.

It was empty when we came! Literally no one on a Sunday evening. We came with a family of 14. We told them how many of us were there when we first got there. It took about 30 minutes to seat us. While others came in and got seated And serviced. We sat about an additional 30 more minutes before i asked what was going on. He came and asked what we wanted to drink (we were already ready to order) He the. Went to make the drinks that took another 20-25 minutes to bring them out. I had to ask another worker to please tell our server to come take our order because mines was to go, I had to work an overnight shift so i watched the time closely! We arrived there at 8:45/9pm. We did not order our meals until 10:15pm I was given my food about 10:47 while my other family members still were waiting when i left. The servings were the smallest portions I’ve ever gotten from ihop. And no steak sauce was given for my steak bites.

Extremely Disappointed, worst service. Ever extremely slow service? I was eating my samplers and I ordered something to drink did not receive my drink for over 45 minutes. No one came to check up on the table. So I walked out and left.Yes I did paid for what I the lady at the end was very apologetic. Very very slow and bad service.

I walked in got a horrible attitude from the manager that stands in front on weekends he didn't have to be that rude he just walked away instead of seating me horrible management the service did a good job on a friendly manner please have a smile if your working at IHOP !

We waited so long and the restaurant was nearly empty. I ordered my son fries and he was served burned hard French fries. My pancakes came out about 20 minutes AFTER my food. I asked for condiments that I never received we just gave up on hot sauce and bbq sauce with our meal. The lemon for the water as well. The server seemed nice but was not attentive. Had he checked in we could have expressed our displeasure with the whole meal and experience. And when I asked for a manager one never came. Only an offer for a Togo soft drink. Do yourself a favor folks go to another establishment.

Me and my boyfriend went to this location IHOP on Torrence avenue across the street from QuikTrip and Travelodge they have the worst customer service skills ,their food quality is extremely poor because we order some food and it was cold and it was old like it was from yesterday and it just came out cold and they put in the microwave and served it back to us

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The food quality was subpar and the utensils provided were extremely dirty, necessitating a request for plastic utensils. Additionally despite specifically ordering turkey bacon and sausage we were served regular bacon and sausage instead. Given the amount we paid, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.

I am gonna try and make this review blunt & simple. Me plus one. Got seated immediately & ordered at 1:15pm. Two simple breakfast meals like the 2x2x2. Fifteen minutes go by & I see a different server seating a couple in a booth diagonally across from us. One hour later & still waiting... I see that the couple near us got their food already before me! So when it was 2:05pm & I told myself to say positive & wait 10 more minutes before questioning what was going on with my order BUT once I saw that couple get their food before me, I walked out. No idea what the issue was since it wasn't busy, they didn't look understaffed & it wasn't a big/complicated order.

The staff was very friendly but not so attentive. I believe it was because they were so under staffed and the servers that were there were over worked because of it. The food wasn't very good either! The omelet I ordered was a little over cooked and it wasn't that hot. The hash browns was on point and hot, just wasn't very much of it. The portions are noticeably smaller! Smdh. The toast was so hard and had absolutely no heat to it. I had to be careful chewing so I would chip a tooth. So for all of this and my wife's meal which she had a similar meal and may I add both with no meat (no sausage, no ham, nor bacon) almost $40! Straight ridiculousness and foolishness! Do better IHOP!

Just don’t accept doordashes here literally got here and they JUST STARTED making the food , I was only dashing for an hour and i’ve been waiting like half of that hour and btw it’s empty in there at 3:00pm
