Literally the worst experience at a fast food place in my life! Horrible attitude, made the food incorrectly, wouldn’t remake it correctly nor refund my money. To make matters worse, the gentleman was very smug, dismissive and had the nerve to say you people always complaining about something always being wrong!
“You people” and “something always being wrong” were the two statements that lead to this review. I can tolerate bad service you know, you just never go back to the place, but the blatant disrespect, borderline racism, inability to accept accountability, and stealing people’s money by not providing adequate and competent service are extremely problematic and unacceptable.
Never again will you receive a penny from me and I will continue to urge and encourage every person I can to NOT DO BUSINESS here because of this egregious behavior!

This place not 24 hours like they say I drove 30 minutes just for a rude worker to say they are closed for 2 hours for maintenance. She had red hair and pale skin she was very rude and nasty to me and my mom! Closing for 2 hours for maintenance at a 24 hour restaurant is DIABOLICAL ?‼️

The first time I came I ordered an Italian beef and it was cold so I'm like okay now. They were only place open. When I ordered on Uber eat I ordered the egg rolls. They gave me old chicken inside the egg rolls untasty very gross. That sweet steak isn't sweet. It had a lot of gristle in it. It's it was horrible. Horrible the worst steak sandwich I ever had

Food was good, they never got my order right, but it was still good! I went there a few times as it was close to my hotel, and super convenient. Not a place to sit and it, just take out. They do have a drive thru...thats what I used... you can order ahead so you don't have to wait... but that takes planning...
5 star on yelp . Google be lying to y'all this 5 star. I wish I would of taken a photo the Italian beef hoogie with the sausage is $10 and the biggest damn French dip I've ever seen. It was amazing frys where good. But sandwich was next level can't even call this place fastfood.

Spent $25 for 2 bacon cheese burgers and the fries were old, cold, and hard. The burger was old and thrown together. First time @ this one definitely won't go back! Also, the customer service was horrible. Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else!!!!!
