Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I stopped by this Popeyes and had a really disappointing experience. When I started placing my order, the person taking it was extremely rude. I asked about the special, and she told me, “It’s posted.” When I asked how much the biscuits were, she snapped, “It’s on the screen.” I asked to speak with a manager, and she walked away while other employees openly discussed my issue. No one ever came back to the window or addressed my concern. As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable. I expect basic courtesy and respect when ordering food. I hope management takes this seriously — customers deserve better service than this.

I truly wonder what the requirements are to own an operate a Popeyes. With the way the service is and how the operation of this restaurant is conducted, I can’t even imagine you needing a fifth grade education. And that’s keeping it light. This review could go for all the Popeyes locations in the south suburbs it just so happened that I was fed up enough to write this review about this specific one because they’re all the same.

Young workers who don’t care about anything but their phones and whenever they’re gonna get off, customer service is extinct in this place. Then you have a few older workers who offer no guidance and are just a part of a system that rewards mediocrity. Having to deal with all of this plus the expensive prices of the food is actually robbery of finances and mental health.

But ultimately people will read this review and still go , matter fact, I will still be visiting Popeyes because of the signature taste and that alone. All that to say, if anybody who owns an operate a Popeyes would like to give me a shot at running one. I guarantee you it would be the best restaurant in the whole state.

$4.65 (plus tax) for a large Diet Coke. Get outta town. I saw that on the screen and rolled on thru. No chance.

Prices are high, I ordered a 10 piece chicken only, I get home and only 9 pieces in the box, I'm tired of drive up getting orders wrong😡, and you cannot call them!!!

Service consistently is poor. Server attitudes are disgusting and wait times are ridiculous. Don't waste your time or patience!

Last evening,8-5-25,at about 6:45 p.m. ,my husband went to the Lansing Popeyes,ordered a popcorn shrimp meal for $13,and brought it home. He said the service was perfunctory, no greeting, no thank you, etc. All he got for $13.00 was a box of popcorn shrimp,which, when he began eating it,had no shrimp taste at all. We cut open several pieces of the popcorn shrimp, and could find no trace of shrimp in any of the ones we cut open; just breading, fried nice and light and crispy. Needless to say, it was a disappointment and we won't be going back there again.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen waite time is too long. Be prepared to stay 30-40 minutes for a TOGO order. This is just crazy. Plus the staff has very little customer service skills.

I placed a uber order and its been more than a hour and i havent got my food , ive called 6 times and they just decline my call .

Today I went there and usually when I go there to customer service is OK just OK today. It was really bad. The lady at the drive-through window did not wanna explain the flavors then I asked her I said well is the food warm because I switched the whole order because she wouldn’t let me switch the order which was OK - she said I don’t know, ma’am. I just work the window. I don’t cook the food that is the most ignorant statement that I’ve ever heard in my life. This is the third time I came here and that Popeyes customer service is horrible. That makes a big difference.The only Popeyes in the community and y’all suck and the food was cold. There needs to be a manager on duty. I guess to monitor them because not everybody knows every flavor that comes on the chicken even though you know, people seem to think that, but it was a horrible experience. The chicken was not good and that’s the first and just the whole ordeal was bad! The car in front of me just drove off & I bet it was the customer service!!!! . I mean she was really rude. She was really ignorant and it just it made me not wanna visit that Popeyes again.

You can’t even call the number I came to this location from Munster and spent $30 on old stale food smh I want a refund 🤦🏾‍♀️ you can tell by the pictures this has been sitting up for hours under the light

Horrible customer service, I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes and nobody has taken my order. Everyone is moving extremely slow and whoever the manager is doesn’t want to be here. Never seen service this horrible.
