Chyna at the front window was a TERRIBLE attitude. I asked if they serve mayo on the chicken sandwich which i've never had and she immediately got upset. I don't understand what went wrong it was a very simple question and didn't deserve her rude response. The sandwich wasn't good it was salty and soggy and she charged for mayo but didn't add it. I won't go here nor recommend this popeyes.

This is far the worse Popeyes I’ve ever visited in my life. I go once a mnth praying next time will be better but it’s even worse. The food is terrible and old always cold, macaroni is disgusting, fries hard and dry seems like they been sitting for hours. I’ve given up on this particular Popeyes. It’s convenient for me because is close to home but I now drive by. I’m surprised this particular one is still open for business because I’ve been going through this for over a yr but decided it was now that I must leave a review. Terrible customer service. Sad because Popeyes never use to be like this. Hoping they make major improvements until then I’m done! Save your coins so you won’t be disappointed like me.

I’m just getting off work, starving, i get in line to order and it’s already packed: i get my food and didn’t think to check because people should do their job but i get 2 miles away and my whole order was wrong. I comeback, gotta wait behind 92 more cars again just to get my food the correct way BUT COLD. No compensation. Closes one to me so im forced to comeback but hopefully it changes.

They always have chicken and the chicken is good. Five stars for me. They are not like Sauk trail. Sauk trail never have no chicken never. I don't know why they still open but this chicken spot in Calumet is five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience was terrible, they canceled my order and I had already paid separately for my food, there was paper inside my food and other things that don't belong there, it was so disgusting 🤮 to be consuming it and realize that you ingested it 😭
