I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to me. I get the same order at every single Starbucks and this is the ONLY location who makes it wrong . The grilled cheese is NEVER cooked all the way. It’s just cold curdled cheese and I always have to go home and heat it again . And their black tea is BITTER. It’s even a different color than every other location . As far as the he service it’s hit or miss. One day you’ll have the sweetest person you’ve ever met and the next time it’ll be a person that sounds like they hate their job and is rude . Believe the low rating .

The weekday morning crew is fire. They are always polite, considerate, busting their butts. Shot out tho this morning I got my coffee and it was going on 6 minutes waiting for my wrap and The sandwhich lady was so backed up so I asked Sophia who had given me my drink like hey do they have my sandwhich order down there. And she checked and said yes and I was like thank you, just dont want to be late for work and she went down there and made it herself. So huge shout out for taking care of me and to all those workers they were hustling!!

Horrible customer service at the drive thru on Thu, Nov 13th at 545am.
Ordered online for pickup a caramel latte. It wasn’t ready and waited for about 10 minutes to get it. When I drunk it I knew it tasted weird but i thought the way the Hispanic lady made it was a little different but I opened it up to only find almond milk in there I guess! Anyways I called back and they said they would give me another that’s why I put 2 stars instead of one. I got this coffee way early in the morning to start off me and my husbands day! And it was nasty. If you got an attitude then just don’t go to work because you can ruin somebody’s day with stuff like this. You never know what a person got going on. When I see the girl again I’ll find her name to post it

Love this Starbucks! Jackie helped my curiosity to try out the new special - Pecan Oat Milk Cortado. I loved it and keep going back. And they remember me. The staff is super friendly inside. The store is meticulously clean too! I was only a so-so Starbucks fan before -- but I just love this store!

This is from 9/3/25 around 5:45am First off, the guy that took my order act like he didn’t know what I was talking about when I placed my order. Secondly, the girl that made my coffee literally didn’t use no measuring cups she was just pouring what I asked for in my cup 🙄 then she still had the audacity to give me cold coffee! 😤 I’m not sure if she was tired or just don’t care because it wasn’t nobody behind me so there was no reason for my coffee to be cold! I love Starbucks and it’s not cheap I just wish the employees at some of these locations really pay attention and take pride in what they do. I don’t like to waste money and I am a firm believer you get what you pay for! This location is not the best maybe it’s understaffed idk but I try to avoid this location at all cost but due to my morning it was the closest so I did what I needed to do for me at that time. All I’m going to say is do better and pay attention if you wouldn’t drink it or eat it don't give it out! Simple 😆
