This is from 9/3/25 around 5:45am First off, the guy that took my order act like he didn’t know what I was talking about when I placed my order. Secondly, the girl that made my coffee literally didn’t use no measuring cups she was just pouring what I asked for in my cup 🙄 then she still had the audacity to give me cold coffee! 😤 I’m not sure if she was tired or just don’t care because it wasn’t nobody behind me so there was no reason for my coffee to be cold! I love Starbucks and it’s not cheap I just wish the employees at some of these locations really pay attention and take pride in what they do. I don’t like to waste money and I am a firm believer you get what you pay for! This location is not the best maybe it’s understaffed idk but I try to avoid this location at all cost but due to my morning it was the closest so I did what I needed to do for me at that time. All I’m going to say is do better and pay attention if you wouldn’t drink it or eat it don't give it out! Simple 😆

It was a busy morning, but I still got my coffee quickly. My food was delayed, and the gentleman with curly hair (I’m not sure if he was the manager, but he was the only guy I saw) made sure I was taken care of, even offering a gift card, which was very kind. He was apologetic and ensured I left happy and satisfied.

I ordered this Dragon Fruit Drink with cold foam off of the secret menu!!! It was SO delicious and refreshing! It tasted like ice-cream on top! PLUS, I used a one day only coupon! #winning

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a coffee off the Mobil app AND DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED!!!!! If I can’t get the exact coffee I want or trust the employees to make me what I ordered then what’s the point in using the Mobil app?! I’m highly disappointed and irritated because this is my money spent on something I did not order. And also you guys need to fix your phones!!! No where in what I ordered does it mention cinnamon being in it and I’m allergic to cinnamon!

I keep trying to give this place a second, third even fourth chance, but it seems like they can't get it together. Where is management??? What is the point of ordering at the ordering window when you pull up to pay they ask for your order and re order it. Had to wait in line 15 min not even kidding. Then had to wait additional 7 min for my order at like 5 min another girl asks me what was I waiting on? Umm, how about my full order. I keep wanting to like this Starbucks since like everyone else says its my in my hometown but geez management needs to step up.

Hi I went to this Starbucks this is my first time at Starbucks overall and the service was terrible the young lady that took my order seemed to tired to even speak and say good morning my wife n I said gooorning three times and she just looked at us as if she didn’t speak English we then ordered a simple frappe a bacon Gouda egg sandwich and two cold ham sandwiches that I grabbed from cooler myself then a second young lady took my cold sandwiches and told me the order will be at the end. They brought the frappe then we waited for 20 min then were asked if we were waiting for anything I told the the sandwiches we were missing. Ten minutes later we asked where is our sandwiches and they told us sorry we have a lot of mobile orders that just came in and we have to do them one at a time while we were already there for 30 minutes at this point this was terrible service especially for a first time customer I will never go back and will deter anyone I know from going there that Starbucks location needs to better with employees and customer service !!!

Great place for a coffee or an awesome brunch. Staff works hard and also friendly. I get my order from my Starbucks App.
I go to this location often because of its proximity to my home and office, however, I think I will have to choose another location from now on.
The drinks are always hit or miss here, depending on who is making them. Sometimes they are amazing, other times they get thrown away.
Today, I decided to order the Falafel Pocket, which I was so excited about when they added it to the menu, seeing as though I am vegan. After taking a few bites, I noticed that they had given me their chicken jalapeño pocket instead of the one that I ordered. I have not eaten meat in over 7 years, so as you can imagine, I was taken aback, to say the least. I returned it and received a refund, but this isn’t the type of mistake that should be taken lightly and they definitely had a nonchalant attitude about the situation.

I went there this morning for a simple free coffee day. It was the worst experience. I walked out frustrated. The Mod was working the drive thru and very unpleasant. He did not acknowledge or fix my minor issue. He allowed the cashier to struggle and hIs staff. I waisted a hour there; because he couldn't make a simple decision. I eventually, left and went to the river oaks location. They were very professional and attentive. However, I must say Dunkin is winning for a reason. I've been a member for over 25 years. He swiped my card saw I was a member and still didn't make it right. I was saying Wow! He is running this store?
I went there two times in a row and both times they told me they did not have coffee
