I always go to this Starbucks because it’s convenient close by home and I always encounter great staff here..maybe because I never visited in the evening time, anywho I was running late errands and I decided that’s I wanted to have my favorite beverage from here..no biggie I put my order in through the app ..stopped to get gas ACROSS the streetFrom this location ..got a notification that my order was ready so I pulled vertically from parking lot to another pulled up to the window and requested my order very nicely and politely…very rude staff by the name of Adrian yelled at me because they didn’t stop at the speaker I then apologized and said that I couldn’t because how I pulled in REMIND YoU THIS PLACE WAS EMPTY NO CARS! Hire people that respect your customers! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it! Please give that young man some training!

The young man that took my order was nice and friendly the lady that made the drink was rude and upset that she didn't follow the directions on my drink so I asked her to fix it 2x. I paid extra so it was only right for her to correct her mistake. My first time visiting and I won't be returning to that location.

Went to this SB once. Asked for a blueberry scone left in the package. They said they couldn't leave it in the package because of regulations. The dumbest thing I ever heard. Avoid this one.

It is the second time that unfortunately my “coffee” tastes like nothing, how sad, the name “Starbucks” is ruined by people who are not interested in selling what the company promises. Tasteless coffee and bad attitude towards customer service.
