I literally came through the drive-thru at about 9:30 in the morning which I know is trifling for some breakfast lol But Taco Bell's right next to Starbucks. I said I'll just grab a taco so that I can eat Let me just tell you that was probably one of the best experiences at a Taco Bell I've ever had. The young lady at the window was so sweet and she helped me with the app and the rewards because I don't really have it down yet. And then I got the food and let me just tell you it was so fresh you would have thought a friend made it for you at their house great experience!

Placed a mobile order then get to the location in the mobile order drive through , I tell the lady what i’m here for she proceeds to dismiss what I said and proceeds to say “now what happen “ so I proceed to the drive thru because I’m assuming there is miscommunication, when i pull up to the window she tells me they don’t have beef and I would have to wait 25 min , so to get clarification i asked a simple question she answered with an attitude while im still maintaining professional courtesy and calling her ma’am … so I pull out to the front waiting she walks to my car and thinks she’s educating me on the front of the store cause she had to walk and it was cold so I apologize and I then ask her for her name she walks off … Very Inviting customer service (sarcasm) . Do better with screening of workers . 10/14 8:30PM

Honestly overall rude (night) employees. The girls working were laughing at me for some reason. Made me uncomfortable and honestly really rude. There’s no reason someone should be working if they don’t know customer service and how to treat customers. Simple.

I went there to get the satisfaction of a nice warm delicious taco and was met with nothing but disgust and disappointment I ordered a hard shell taco and was given something completely different they can not continue to give out the wrong orders I am allergic to sour cream and I clearly stated no sour cream on my taco and when I opened the package my taco was DRENCHED in sour cream I want JUSTICE !!!!!

I have come to this taco bell several times since they opened. I never had an issue until today when this employee had the nastiest attitude and made my order wrong. When I told her that was not what I had ordered she responded with a nasty attitude. I guess I am going back to the one in Calumet Ave.

I want to speak a manager a 11:50 pm July 3rd went through drive through order 2 drinks got rang up for 2 large employee never asked me what sizes I wanted because I was rushed while ordering when I got to the window I told him I didn’t want larges he got an attitude and didn’t want to remake my drinks so just charged me for one and me not knowing their fruit punch was Gatorade products I asked him what was it and he said Gatorade fruit punch I said ew no he told me “ it will do “ that is very unacceptable

i will never go back to this taco bell. my friend had told me that her CC info was stolen at the drive through and that they started purchasing stuff online not too long after leaving there, i did not believe her at first but when i went there on may 1st 2024 around 3pm again through the drive through my CC info was stolen as well, about an hour later my CC was used online, 3 times. i know exactly what girl did it too. IF YOU DO GO THERE DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH CC THROUGH THE DRIVE UP WINDOW THEY ARE RECORDING WITH THEIR PHONES AND PUT YOUR CARDS RIGHT TO THE CAMERA, THATS HOW THEY ARE DOING IT.
