Bought two large chili’s and it was pretty much all beans. Absolutely horrible. Didn’t see any beef. Throwing it out and never going back to this location for Chili.

The managers at this location suck! I asked to speak to one of them several times during my visit last evening. I took a bus group in with about 40 passengers. The restaurant was empty when we walked into the establishment. The manager was very rude to me. He just walked away while I was trying to speak with him about the service. There also was a female manager on duty. She just ignored me the entire time. I was told by an employee that the managers were changing shifts. Don't stop at this restaurant if you don't want to be treated rudely.

I've had this place twice in one week. The food is decent. But the fries are always either burnt or undercooked. Since I've had experience with both in the same week. This is very annoying.

1st time going and my last time, from the reviews I see now how are you still open ? Like do you train your implooyees ? Do you knw what a baconator is ? A dbl at that ? Not a single burger with a strip of bacon smfh I will keep bashing this establishment and from the reviews they will too , dirty windows , drive thru filthy, smh wow just wow

Cashier was extremely nasty and rude, she had a disgusting attitude and I’m so disappointed with my experience. The Hispanic lady tonight was rude, slammed the drive through door on me when I asked for the receipt. I called and the manager Nelly told me a fake name about the cashier I dealt with as well as a fake store number and customer service number. When I drove back up there to address my concerns a Johnathan came up and was extremely disrespectful and when I asked for the corporate number he refused to give it to me!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the people here tonight but you NEED to hire people who know how to talk to customers with respect! Stop hiring these kids that don’t know nothing about customer service and how to do their job right!! there’s plenty of people who would take their job and handle the customers with respect

This location is really slow. I have waited in the drive thru 15 minutes plus multiple times. The workers are generally friendly. The prices are very reasonable, which is the only reason I put up with the long waits, but I just had another 15 minute wait and they got my order wrong, forgetting my nuggets.

I ordered coffee, and two pineapple frostys in the drive thru, when I got to the window, they were out of coffee and no frosty ingredients for the new pineapple flavor, so I got an ice cold Wendy's single burger.
