No matter what you order, they are going to pull you... I ordered a French toast stick n two biscuits thru the drive thru and feel like that doesn't even deserve a wait.. had to literally come in to get my food would have taken

Worst experience here ever! I placed a mobile order in advance simple not complicated yet I was told to wait as they managed to serve 7 cars after telling me to pull up and my burger was made sloppily after waiting so long really?

We went to Wendy’s for dinner thinking we were going to have a nice time and eat good food. The baked potato my mother ordered was old and it didn’t come with no sour cream or butter.My chicken sandwich was not cooked well and the takis were stale.

I don’t think I have to explain anything. It is what it is fast food. The people you can tell don’t wanna work there put it that way so there attitudes gets carried over to the job. It was when Chicken came there so when her hair was everywhere.

I ordered two simple things I was running errands with no time to stop anywhere so I decided to go to Wendy’s drive thru. This is how the fries looked and my frosty was softer than usual, and it was not even a hot day. I asked for a package of BBQ sauce and she proudly told me it would be a charge. I was not offended my receipt, nor was I thanked. HORRIBLE service they need to get training from the Wendy’s in Munster, IN and Schereville, IN those Managers and STAFF can teach them basic customer engagement skills.

So there’s about nine cars in drive-through and I walked in. There’s two people in front of me at the register and I cannot believe an employee literally just told me that she had to take care of all nine cars in the drive-through before she can take any orders on the inside I about fell over who does that what restaurant has that policy? I would love to know!! On top of it, I think the reason why this is all backed up is they have no communication here the front of the house cannot communicate with the back of the house because they don’t speak English!! That is never gonna work in a restaurant. I know they need jobs but if you’re gonna come here and live here, you need to learn to speak English bottom line blank! We should not have to cater to you because you don’t speak our language

I visit here often because it is close to my work. Food is always good and served within a timely manner. The only downside is the other patrons when you sit in the lobby, They are often rude and also do not treat the staff very nicely. I appreciate Wendy's being here to feed me when I'm hungry and working a hard day! Thank you!

After eating half of the darn sandwich I found this at the bottom of the cheese…smh. This is a shame, they need to stop rushing and pay attention to what they’re doing. I just freaking ate half of a piece of paper. 😡
