Threw away my untouched food . I wasn’t comfortable eating it after seeing what the place and how they handled the food in there. Wasted 20$.

I made a online app order getting off work. Order was ready when I got there, cool. Went to snack on fries after a few minutes. They was super hard (over cooked to the max). Ok tossed that out. The chicken was horrible. I think my blood pressure went way up eating this salty mess. Worst food ever. I deleted the app. Never again. Should have got McDonald's chicken nuggets instead. Less money tasted better. And I dont even like nuggets. Rather go home hungry than to eat Wingstop ever again.

I ordered through Uber. First they were out of the chocolate brownie. Than they were out of coke. They sent me a flat sprite with absolutely no ice. Driver stated they were out of ice as well. If that wasn’t already bad enough. 2 5pc chicken tenders combo and 5 piece wings were cold. Total waste of $42. SMHHHHH

I walked into Wingstop and told the cashier what I wanted to order. He immediately said they didn’t have that flavor and pointed to the menu, saying only the flavors listed were available. I explained that the flavor I asked for was new and showed him I was about to order it through the app, which clearly showed it was available. He then said he could make it for me, but also told me he couldn’t swap the fries for veggie sticks. At that point, I was irritated and just walked off to place my order online. The whole interaction felt lazy and unhelpful

I never leave reviews but when I do, their either really good or really bad. Either way would have had an overwhelming power to make me do one. I have been going to wingstop in Lansing since it opened. Always good, clean, on time and on point. I haven't been to wingstop in a while, like maybe a year. I would never go back to this one, nasty, food nasty, the people cooking the food look nasty. Order wasn't ready and ordered online and was over the time of Pick up almost 20 min. I just sat there, didn't say anything because you know not to mess with people making your food. Corporate should come in there and clean shop! From Management on down. And this use to be my go to wingstop, never again

I placed an order online went to pick up my order and it was NOTHING BUT CHAOS!!!! Customers had been waiting on their orders for hours the customers were getting irate and the associates were ignoring the complaints. My order pick up time was 8:02pm and here it was 9pm and I hadn’t received my order. By this time more customers and more chaos so I decided to to the cashier I wanted a refund they tell me I have to contact online services and when I do customer service tells me to contact the store so now I did t get my food and I’m out of $35 and no one has contacted me as of yet!!!!!! Very unprofessional and unprepared. They will not be getting my bus

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! They have ran out of wings and DoorDash refuse to refund the order!! The staff was completely incompetent, unprofessional and ghetto. However if you go postal then you're wrong but it's ok for the staff to talk to you any kind of way!! The location needs a better staff that can handle situations better as well as a more reliable distributor for when you run out of wings!! This is one reason I don't like coming here. All that loud talking and hostility towards customers is an appetite for destruction. Never again will I be ordering from here ever again!!
