Food was ok. Would’ve been better if fresh despite me asking for it fresh. However the service was TERRIBLE!!! They were very rude and acted as if I couldn’t get fresh food like I didn’t just spend my money. Manager Jesse really needs to be replaced because his customer service is trash.

Restaurant GM has no customer service skill in there on thanksgiving in service was terrible waited for over an hour and when I asked about my order got a nasty attitude from the GM, who then wanted me to leave the establishment because he was mad cause he had to come in on this day, need to get a very GM who know how to deal with situations

The entire management need to be fired. Employees(Cyncere and Manager) are rude and don’t take accountability at all. 18+ years in customer service experience as well as have my own Food Manager and service safe certificate. If I was undercover they would be all fired! I’m never coming back!

Ordered $60 worth of food for an NFL Sunday. They didn’t pack half the order, the chicken sandwiches were so unbelievably burnt. This wingstop was great for years and has fallen off a cliff. I have no problem waiting for food, but it’s clear people are just doing whatever the hell they want here. Whomever is running this place should get it together. This is a common theme

VERY TERRIBLE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!! I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE THROUGH THE WINGSTOP WEBSITE AND SPENT 67.21. I RECEIVED A 10PIECE WING AND CELERY WITH CARROTS. NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!! I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD THE DOORDASH DRIVER LEFT THE REST OFMY ORDER AND I HAVE TO PICK IT UP MYSELF AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I TOLD THEM I'M UNABLE TO AND THEY OFFERED TO REMAKE THE ORDER ANYTIME I CAN COME IN SINCE THEY WILL NOT OFFER REDELIVERY OR REDUND. I CALLED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER TO LET THEM KNOW I'LL BE PICKING IT UP. THEY SAID IT'S BEEN TOO LONG AND IT WASNT THEIR FAULT. I CALLED DOORDASH SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY REFERRED ME TO DOORDASH CALL CENTER ALL TO NO AVAIL. I CALLED REGULARLY TO CHECK THE STATUS AND THEY KEPT SAYING IT WILL BE ESCALATED. DOORSASH CONFIRMED THEY REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT TO WINGSTOP. I CALLED AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND OR FOOD!! DOORDASH CALLED THIS LOCATION AND THE MANAGER AGAIN REFUSED TO REFUND ME OR GIVE ME THE FOOD. HE IS A BIG CRIMINAL! HE SAID NOONE HAD TOLD HIM ABOUT MY ORDER, THERE WERE NO NOTES YET HE REMEMBERED IT'S BEEN 3WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED WITHOUT ME GIVING HIM ANY DETAILS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME BUT DEFINITELY THE LAST!!!

As someone who travels the world this was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at any eatery in my life. Save your time, your money and your sanity and go elsewhere. The employees should be fired and this place should get new management that understands how to properly manage a business looking to maximize its earning potential because this place is not being ran correctly!!! Absolutely rude individuals it disgusts me

I ordered from door dash. I was 8 months pregnant looking forward to 10 buffalo wings and the wings smelled horrible! They gave me old, disgusting wings. I was so pissed. It smelled like they were sitting out all day and night.

Terrible all the way around - ordered a small voodoo fry online and ended up waiting over an hour once I got to the store because they said I would have to jump through hoops in the app to get a refund. I’m pretty sure they either removed my name off of the to-go orders list thinking they served me or they gave my fries to someone else. I had to ask multiple times for it. The people there are slow, management is lazy and unhelpful, and trust me the food was not worth the wait. Find a different wingstop

Not worth the time!!! Took 40 mins for a walkin 10 wing combo. If I wasn’t waiting in the area for a delivery pickup I would have demanded a refund!!! Only 3 people running the store no soap in the men’s restroom and dinner area wasn’t clean at all. Never again!!!!!
