Extremely friendly staff, but I can't remember the last time something didn't go wrong with my order (and I go there often). Employees don't seem to know much about how the order-on-the-go app works or even what DD Perks are currently going on (thus my order constantly getting messed up). However, they do their best to reverse their errors quickly and that is greatly appreciated. You still have a customer out of me, but maybe train your employees more?
