Izzy went above and beyond for me today. I had grabbed a juice. I didn't see that it was expired but izzy caught it right away and looked for a new one for me. They did not have the same flavor as it is being discontinued. :( BUT izzy made me an acia strawberry drink and just really wanted to make me feel better. And she did a great job! Been to a lot of Starbucks before this is a fantastic one. The staff is very friendly and calls people by name all the time. A lot of repeat business and a lot of the same people are in there which is great. Atmosphere is warm clean and friendly outside seating is gorgeous comfortable and their shade.. sometimes people even bring their small dogs to drink coffee outside but them which is cute. So grateful for this Starbucks! I go to this Starbucks before every nursing shift and they always have fresh tasting coffee! Even the baristas even know my order and literally make my drink to perfection. it's the simple things that make my nightshifts easier. Thank you so much!!!!
