“I have nothing but compliments for this wonderful establishment! My fiancé and I went out to dinner last night and had a taste for authentic Italian. I found this place online and read nothing but wonderful reviews about the food, and service. Located in downtown Westmont. Parking was so easy (right across the street), and from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The manager Sergio greeted us with a huge smile, sat us, and told us a little about the restaurant. Our server Alysa was nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We felt like family! All of the food is made in house, pastas, sauces, and even the wine and desserts! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and tell that every single person puts so much care into making sure every customer is happy. The whole experience was wonderful, and it’s so nice to see small (not chain restaurants) are thriving. It’s been a long time since we had an experience like this at a restaurant and we appreciate their hospitality! I think we found our new date night spot! We will be back!! OFTEN! I ordered a one tier 1st birthday cake and custom cookies and with just explaining my vision over the phone, they hit it out of the park. “Incredible breakfasts with lots of food. The bacon avocado omlet was filled with fresh avocado and served with a large side of hash browns and a delicious larger biscuit. Very good coffee. Our waitress was lackluster. She never recommended anything, asked whether we had ever been there nor asked us how our food was. She also never asked whether we needed anything after receiving our entrees and it was very difficult to get a second cup of coffee. We had to wait a long time for it. She looked surprised when I politely pointed out my hash browns were not served with the rest of our food. Luckily I received them. Realized we needed more napkins after she left, but she never came back. Would have loved jam for the biscuit like in the picture and a third cup of coffee. I would have also ordered beignets to take home. In spite of the service, I would love to come back. Hopefully will have a different server. I wasn’t aware of all the different coffee drinks and would have loved recommendations. I realize the work is hard as I did it myself years ago, but such good food deserves a better server to showcase it.“

But they always give us the table in the back. We stay a long time. And we are all treated well and they still serve breakfast itmems at lunch, so everyone is happy!“

“Edited, I got a refund today from the wrong transaction. Had the owner not been hostile he could have confirmed which one it was with me on the phone. Instead I got shorted. Terrible experience today. CHARGED ME TWICE, DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Machine said an error with my card, i called my card company in the store upon their request there are no problems with my card. I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. May have to contest it with bank to get money back. Another employee argued with me when i said i was waiting almost an hour. Who argues with customers? I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. I had bought white bread so obviously someone was eating it. Always liked coming here for the quality of products, but i will never come back. They need to get rid of these two. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Didn't even hear out my complaint, but was yelling and said I wasn't welcome back and hung up on me! Believe me I do not want to go back! Where is my refund! Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“

“Gluten free choices which were great! I enjoyed the mixed berry French toast. There was 3 pcs of French toast topped with fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Coffee was hot and served in a pitcher at the table. Very cheery place with good vibes. Comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me.
