“Lou's is one of our favorite pizza restaurants. Unfortunately, our last visit did not live up to our previous ones. The Lou''s deep dish pizza had a crust that was very tough. The server could hardly cut it and we could not cut it with out knives without a lot of muscle and sawing motions. The server did not come back to serve us our subsequent slices, as most do. Also, it was one of our guests birthday's and the server brought out a mini cookie with ice cream and whipped cream, which was nice. We noticed other tables had a cherry and a candle on top. And the noise level was really high.“

“For a small business, this is a great place to get a quick bite! The location itself is clean and inviting, the staff is welcoming and accommodating, and the food is absolutely delicious. I wouldn't recommend reheating the food later, but eating it fresh is a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!“

In this place provided that however you there is no automated door so you would have to be accompanied with someone. If you are in a wheelchair or motorized, wheelchai. Those young boys back on the line were struggling and getting frustrated and made sure they knew they can do this! You were continually shouting out little encouragements out to them back there. Reminding them to “just take it one order at a time” and then on top of that you jumping back there with them when you could tell they could use some support!
