The Havana location has a younger brunette woman that works the afternoons who always tends to have an attitude. Today, she spilled my drink on the counter in front of me then just wiped the sides of the cup and handed me a partially empty drink instead of offering to fix it/make a new one. Never again. If I’m going to pay $9 for a coffee I’d like to have the whole thing.
I tried this place for the first time last week and have been coming every day ever since, the smoothies and coffees are absolutely to die for and the customer service is immaculate! I wish I could rate this 100 out of 10.
I come here literally every morning this place is absolutely amazing from the multiple different coffee drinks and smoothies to the food, to the customer service which is immaculate! I definitely rate this business $100 out of 10!
