The food was good but no one seemed to know what they were doing. No one knew how to run the cash register. Got the order wrong twice. Then could figure out how to correct it. The people in the back didn’t seem to know what to do either. They didn’t seem familiar with the menu. I had to show them what a classic shake was online.
We were the only ones there. So it wasn’t because they were overwhelmed with customers.
