“Went there today for Sip and Paint your pet event... it was sooo fun, food was DELISH and self serve booze wall was cool as hell!! Owners were wonderful, welcoming and engaging and artist conducting event was awesome too!! I'll definitely be back for food and games and highly recommend to others too!! “We arrived a little early but were seated right away. Our server met with us shortly after we sat down and within minutes we had our cocktails and our dinner order was in. We were served quickly and the food was very good; hot, fresh and tasted great. Always a good experience prior to seeing a show in the theater.“

“It's a convenient place to dine when staying at the hotel. The menu is very limited and provides your basic food distributor options. The ladies who were bartenders my first week there were great. On my return trip, there was a gent behind the bar, and he was not remotely close to as friendly or prompt as the ladies (one was in training-1st night) .“

“We picked Maevery last minute for our son's navy graduation dinner and it didn't dissapoint. They accommodated a last minute reservation and put us in a corner great table for easy catching up. Service was great (which we didn't experience in multiple fine dining restaurants downtown) and food was yummy and a good selection. .. they had awesome recommendations and treated us wonderfully! Didn't rush us and from 5-6pm we nearly had the place to ourselves before the dinner rush! Highly recommended by this out of town visiting family! Thank You (from Southern CA) We will be back if we are in Chicago again!“

“The specials were German entries. I ordered the pork chop, German potatoe salad and sourkraut. It was good except the pork chop was over cooked and dried out. The chicken teriyaki and pasta bowl is delishious. So is the calamari. Our server was very pleasant We celebrated a birthday and she brought out a piece of cake with a candle. Always enjoy the Firkin!!“
