The crust of the pan pizzas just keeps getting thinner. Not the same quality it used to be. But the biggest problem now is that they are using Doordash for delivery. The last pizza we ordered was totally cold and the one before had toppings that slid all the way to one side. The manager did credit us for the slid pizza and apologized, so I gave 3 stars for Service. Delivery service is 1 star.

Did a small takeout pizza 1/2 pepperoni and sausage the other half veggie thin crust. $5 tip and the total on Uber Eats was $51.00. I love Lou's and we e bee getting their pizza for 15 years. But honestly I don't pay attention to pricing too much so that's on me. But when this arrived I couldn't believe it.

Worst pizza ever. The box was soaked, pizza was tasteless. They admitted sauce is just a can of tomato sauce. To make matters worse they lied to me about replacing the order. Garbage food and garbage managers.

Tonight's pizza was not their usual delicious pizza. Ordered deep dish, butter crust, pepperoni and mushroom. I don't think we got a buttercrust. It was plain tasting and chewy rather than crunchy. The pizza itself had all the toppings, but had a thin brown topping if what I think was parmesan overkill. It was lackluster enough that I didn't want a second piece. Hope this was just a fluke.

You guys almost killed me with your salad. Last time it had mushrooms bacon and didn’t have carrots. This time it was no bacon or mushrooms and CARROTS gave me a HORRIBLE ALLERGIC REACTION it seems like you just put whatever you want in the salad without considering you could kill someone. And the salad is the only thing I can eat since ur pizza sucks. Will never eat here again and will recommend Red Baron over this stuff.

This is our to go place for pizza whenever we have a craving for pizza! We ordered them half baked so it can be baked at home and it'll be piping hot! I ordered it online and it was ready when I just pulled up in front of the restaurant! The staff are very helpful! I also picked up my birthday cookies from them too(smaller than the picture showed)! The thin crust was perfectly done and the deep dish was delicious as well!

So....... I've tried their deep dish twice and their thin crust once, pasta twice and wings twice. Nothing was visibly wrong with the pizzas but after three attempts their pizzas are super bland, just no flavor, how can a pizza have no flavor? No idea but it didn't. They seemed to be cooked and made just fine. Why are they 4-5 stars? Everything else is great! Pastas and meat sauce is fantastic. Cheese bread is solid. Wings is their best offering! Best wings in the area! Extremely tasty ranch as well. Go there for everything but the pizza lol. Customer service was solid, their coupon didn't work online but they honeyed it at pickup.
