It wasn’t as good as expectations. The dough was very dry. The sauce was average. The toppings didn’t add flavour. Disappointed because past experiences were far better. For a $50 large pizza, I can’t say I can recommend.
Our food is always tastes great and the staff is always pleasant. There's no dine-in option, so it can be a little crowded in the waiting area during dinner.
Excellent food and service but most importantly is the customer service from general manager Amanda. She demonstrates friendliness and a sincere interest in helping her customers. Amanda is a valuable asset for Lou Malnati’s!
