Food was bland. Crab Ragoon was only cream cheese deep fried. Fried rice had no vegetables in it. Peppered chicken with onions and green peppers was alright, all I could taste is the black pepper. Husband said the Cashew Chicken was okay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this place. We were passing through from St. Louis back home and was hungry. Chinese food sounded good so we thought we'd stop in Lincoln. The outside of the building is very deceiving. Inside, it is very well decorated and very inviting. We started with a 6 piece order of Crab Rangoon-- they nailed it! It is SO good! Very creamy and the outside of it was just crispy enough to be good, but not too crispy or burnt. Each of our meals were very good, served hot, and we had enough to take some home. In Lincoln???....GO!!

Horrible horrible food. It was the worst wonton soup I have ever had. No flavor what so ever with no meat in the doughy bland noodles. Even the onions had no flavor I left almost all of it and was taken back the waiter did not ask if it was all right.
My rice was cold, dry and had No flavor at all. The sweet and sour chicken had tiny stringy pieces of tough chicken.
I won’t go back. A bit dirty
I tried to order take out when I first placed my order but decided against it as it was an extra three dollars to get the soup even if it was served at the restaurant I must say I’m glad I didn’t get the take out since the rest of the food was bad. Waiter was uppity about the extra charge for the soup. Big miss with me

Best Chinese food in Central Illinois. I have yet to ever have any General Tzo's that even compares.

The food was good. I think it seemed pretty Americanized, but it still tasted good. The staff was friendly.

Our family loves Chi Family Restaurant. I have not tried anything that I did not like from their menu. The staff is always attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend trying their crab ragoon. Hands down best I have ever had! The hot tea and wonton chips with sauce at the table are a nice touch to begin your meal. Pricing is also extremely competitive for large portion sizes.

This is truly the first time I had a bad experience. Most of the time it’s pretty good. However I just place a pick up order and it was not great. I got a large chicken curry no mushroom and a Mongolian triple. I paid and went home to eat and upon opening the bag I found I was given a regular chicken curry with a large rice and it had mushrooms, not a big deal I just picked them out. The rice was overcooked this time as well. Now for the Mongolian triple. My wife said it tasted weird. I tried it and it tasted sour as if it had gone bad. I can honestly say I will return and give them another chance but given that it was almost $50 and way below their standard it’s a bit alarming.

Hot n Sour soup neither hot or sour. It is closer to egg drop soup. Pepper steak is fine. I do like how they have the veggies cut smaller than other places but the dish is pretty bland.
