EDIT* I am changing my review to 5 stars and every bit of the 5 stars goes to the manager hayley bc she called me to ensure to me that this would not happen again and she let me get a free ice cream. The management here truly cares. Just the fact that she actually made an effort to get ahold of me shows that they care about what their customers think most places do not do that. Stopped in there for a strawberry Julius had a dollar off coupon from Orange Julius but they didn't accept it I mean you're selling the product what's your problem but the drink was delicious and the service was good so I would go back again
