We stopped in on the way back to Springfield. I think we will make reasons to come to Lincoln just eat here. All of our food was absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly. They have a in house hot sauce which is good but they do have tobasco! LolWill definitely be coming back.

On 12/20 I ate breakfast with fellow employees. I ordered Country fried steak and eggs. It became apparent that the fryer shortening was rancid due to not rotating fryer shortening. The hashbrowns were affected just as the Country fried steaks.I came back this evening on January 1st 2024. This time for dinner. I ordered a Ribeye steak and requested that it be rare. This dinner cost me $21.99. The steak was sliced thin as if it were for a sandwich. It wasn't even pink, let alone rare. I sent it back for a new one. This one was not rare either. To make matters worse, one end of the steak was at least 1/3 of pure fat and still sliced at sandwich thickness!!!!!! There was not a member of management to come out to apologize even. I am a retired manager of a Steak House. I would have been embarrassed if this had happened in my Restaurant. This cut of meat was Select at best. I didn't expect Prime beef, but for what I paid, I expected at least Choice!!!!
