No staff to ask a single question. Nothing was stocked so it was impossible to serve myself.I thought there was no toilet paper but upon leaving isaw the huge roll sitting on back of toilet loose. Unfortunately I don't have eyes in the back of my head. Get your food in drive thru if you can . Only place you can talk to real person

The only reason I give it 4 is because the old fashioned diner is there but the wait staff wasn't. Had to order off a kiosk, pick the food up at the counter and cleanup and throw away the trash. Just missed being able to sit down eat pay and leave I guess. Food was great though and fairly quickly ready for us!

Steak 'n Shake used to be great. But unfortunately, they've turned into any other fast food joint. You order at a kiosk and get you soda using a ticket. And the milk shakes you get a much smaller shake in a Styrofoam cup for the same price. It's definitely not worth the price anymore.

We entered the restaurant and found out you HAVE to place your own order on a kiosk! When I went to pay, the auto tip request came up!! Now, you place your order yourself, you get your own drink, and you grab your own order at the counter, but they're asking for a tip, and you're doing all the work.I ordered a buttery Wisconsin Cheeseburger combo with pickles and lettuce, with no onions.The top bun was cold, and the inside was covered with a chunk of cold butter! I showed the worker, and he told me it didn't melt because I ordered it without grilled onions. Would avoid this place!! Terrible everything...

Another awful Steak n Shake experience. They refused to take our order.... kiosk only. I don't go out to eat and do the employees work (ie submitting my own order at the kiosk). Off to Culver's we go.

Some women in the back was loudly making fun of my name. My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the lobby and could heat her loudly making jokes about my name and asking what my skin color was while laughing. I will absolutely not be returning. Especially when the food is subpar at best and I spend nearly $20 on a meal just for myself

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!The employees didn’t tell anyone before we ordered there was a 30+ minute wait. There was a bunch of nasty tables, over filled trash cans, and the floor was dirty.*** The employees didn’t wear hair nets. The big guy with long black hair kept touching his hair and face then proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves on. Needless to say I ended up throwing the food away. Definitely a waste of $15Date of visit 03/03/24 @1340

Not bad place. First time with the order machines and stuff. Been very disappointed they discontinued the microwave
