The owner I’m pretty sure he’s the owner he’s the most friendliest guy and always knows how to make a person walk out with a great smile and don’t even get me started the food is amazing here such freshness in each ingredient 👍👍

Love their bagels!

I’m reaching out to express my ongoing concerns with the accuracy of my orders from this location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect — most recently, I ordered three bagels and received three muffins instead. In a separate instance, I ordered three chocolate chip bagels and was given some kind of cinnamon bagels.

These issues have been occurring for several months, so I decided to call the store in hopes of resolving the matter politely. i wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone for the first few calls. Unfortunately, when i did get a hold of someone, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude. I was told I was not allowed to speak with a manager and was accused of being “lazy” for not coming into the store directly.

I value good service and communication, and I hope that steps can be taken to improve both order accuracy and customer interactions moving forward.

Exceptional manager or leader, asking if I wanted to sample a cookie, but what made him even remarkable and the very very best was Over hearing him, give such a positive can-do encouragement to a new employee- I would hire him and everyone here in a second I wish I had their names

I don’t usually leave reviews but I walked in early in the morning and had a pleasant experience. Chris was very welcoming and had great customer service skills. I will definitely be coming back!

The help is super friendly. The food is pretty good too. It's a win all around!

I have never had such good customer service. They accidentally rung me up wrong, and they fixed it immediately by giving me way more than I actually ordered. Make sure to meet the owner or his daughter. Very nice people. Would recommend supporting this local family owned business 10/10. If you ever have a problem with your order or are unhappy, they will fix it for you and make it right. That's hard to come by these days.

This particular location was dingy and the staff seemed unconcerned with improvement. When I arrived, there was only 1 other person in front of me. 1 other group of two was finished and leaving. Other than that, the seating area was empty. Yet the two open tables i tried were grimy (i cleaned the one i sat at) and the floor looked as if it had not been swept recently. I was there at 7:30AM and there was little to no rush evident, so that wasnt likely the issue. I was meeting someone and the sandwich prepared for me was decent. Unfortunately, everything tends to affect how one perceives their meal, and everything else was a turn off which likely affects how i rated the food. Note-I love Einstein Bros. Bagels so I'll just think twice about visiting this one anytime soon. I hope they do improve the place. It hurts to see it like this. The two that were there hadn't given up that i could perceive, but could benefit from guidance maybe?
