The technology they use to take your orders is garbage. It took our waiter forever to figure out how to alter some of our menu items (like 8 minutes) and in one case even told us that he couldn’t add strawberries to my child’s chocolate chip pancakes because there was no option on his handheld device to do so (even though adult pancake menu items have that option).
