Starfish Sushi Lincolnshire

The food is the best and the staff is always attentive. The owner John makes a point to meet guests whenever he can.

We waited 30 minutes for our server to come over to our table to take our order. Then she didn't check up on us once. When we finished eating our server was no where to be found and we had to ask someone else for the check again after 30 minutes after close.

We had a lovely birthday celebration for my husband. We were able to sit outside on warm fall night and ended special attention and delicious food. There were four of us and we each had a scrumptious meal! No leftovers, we enjoyed it that much!!

Not inexpensive, but great sushi. While is am sure there is better sushi somewhere, it is the best I've had outside of Tokyo.

Starfish Sushi never disappoints. The food and service were terrific. We will go back again in a heartbeat.

The food was amazing! The toro outstanding esp for the price! Servers were friendly and attentive! We will def return!

Great food. Server was taking care of our needs The sea bass and the seared tuna were amazing!!! Expresso creme burlee was perfect. Will recommend and go back.

So kid friendly!! You wouldn't expect that from a sushi restaurant but they have a big menu. The “Unicorn” is macaroni and tempura chicken (aka nuggets)!

I had the poke bowl which is my go to dish here. But this time there was barely any rice or avocado's. It was mostly field greens. Will not be ordering their poke bowl any time soon. When I complained to the waitress she brought me a small bowl of rice, but no avocados

Gyoza came out after 30 mins after ordered and cold when restaurant was well below capacity. Edamame took longer and came out with sushi. Sushi tasted bad

I get delivery from here a couple times per month for dinner. It's always great with fresh fish and tasty nigiri/rolls.

My wife and I have visited Starfish Sushi numerous times and the food is usually terrific. Unfortunately, upon our visit this weekend, service was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes to get our cocktails and appetizers, and it took another 30 minutes for our sushi to arrive. Also, the sushi was loosely rolled and the lemon slices and jalapeños were inedibly large chunks rather than the usual fine slivers. This has never happened before, so we were surprised and somewhat disappointed to say the least. Hopefully, this visit was just an anomaly. We really like this restaurant and are planning to return in the future. I'm sure it will be better next time.
