I was in the mood to eat pretzels today so I ordered Uber Delivery from this location yesterday.I ordered an original and Sweet Almond Pretzel - the original was fine but the almond was very hard to bite into my guess it was an old one from the display.

Auntie Anne’s management did a magnificent job with everybody who's on that team. They are energetic and most importantly attentive to their customers. Man I’m a fan of those Mini-dogs, but trust me they run out faster than a blink of an eye. I’m glad I got an opportunity to share great conversations and great laughter. I drove 45 minutes to get to this location and arrived half an hour before they were scheduled to close. The store was deserted. Lights off, no employees, no food, no one answered the phone.

Service has gone WAY down. They close much earlier than advertised and staff is unhelpful when they manage to show up for work. I've come 2 different times on different days and the lights are out, all pretzels gone. One day there was staff to say they were out of everything. Today- nobody around but keys are left in the door at 6:45pm. They should just close down this location. It's a joke.

I am writing this right after I left because I am so angry right now. I went in at 12:45 pm, almost 2 hours after they had opened. I had asked for pepperoni pretzel bites and the girl responded to me saying they weren't available. They are still available and advertised on the menu? Not only were they not available but she did not offer an alternative or explanation or apology. Not a big deal, so I said Okay I'll just take the plain pretzel bites. I am now back at my car with an unsalted cold plain FULL pretzel. The exact opposite of what I had asked. Super pissed off and disappointed.
