Showed up at 9:20 and I asked if they were open and she said no and walked away from me but when I checked the time it said that they close at 10 PM so I came back and I asked if I could make an order only for the lady in front to respond. I’m not a cashier if you can get a cup of water it’s the new year if you don’t wanna work, you could just quit. There’s plenty of people that are willing to work and provide great service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The manager was very rude — not just to me, but also to another customer in front of me. The behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.
After the incident, the owner actually called me, which I appreciated at first. She asked for the manager’s name and the time of the visit so she could review the video footage. She also promised to send a credit to my email to make things right. Well, it’s been days now and I never received anything. No follow-up. No credit. Just empty words.
Between the rude service and the false promises from management, I’ve lost all trust in this place. I will never return to this location again

This is the best experience I had in a long time at any of burguer king I visit on the past, it looks like it's been recently remodel and pretty clean , that cook Gaby was really good at making my burguer seems like she really knows how to cook , I give it a 5 star cause of the food and experience. Thanks so much Gaby this is going to be my number 1 burger king from now on.

Possibly the worst fast food establishment and service I’ve ever experienced on 9/29/2024. You must order from the kiosk instead of the counter. Once you order, you find out that the soda machine has no Diet Coke! How is the at possible. When you ask for a refund, the response is that the kiosk is a different system and refunds are not possible?!? How?!? The staff couldn’t be more rude and insulting. Good luck getting a napkin for the mess of a meal they make( see attached photo). DO NOT DINE HERE!
