This location with the employees doesn't do a good job. I have multiple incidents with them where the manager don't know how to do her job. I paid through the mobile app and because my points didn't scan for free bagel, I want it back in my mobile app so I can do a transaction again, and I don't know if the manager don't know how to do it or doesn't want to do her job. She's not going above and beyond to help. Other incident to where an employee puts water in my hot chocolate, so it tastes like bland. Like why are you giving me a customer low quality of drink. I paid for that! At the same time, I ordered bagel and an employee gave me a cheddar bagel? Like what?! Please hire new employees for this location or train them the proper way.

Customer service is horrible by Aadi salesperson,I have taken 1 lb ice cream and I asked for him for cups for my kids and he said gave me only 2 cups and I asked him for 1 more cup and he wants to charge extra,I didn’t know that every Baskin Robins is different,some don’t charge and some locations charge,it’s queit disgusting

This has to be the WORST example of customer service, and ownership of a store! The big fob of a GENERAL MANAGER they have is a joke along with the owner, Fayyaz!I bought my coffee and the whole thing spilled over me burning myself, coffee all over my new car and clothes right before work because of the broken/loose lid! I called the GM and he said I can file the complaint but he can’t do anything about it.I am actually going to send an attorney’s notice to this amazing owner of the store! ????????
