The guy who claimed his name Addy or something like that (looks from India) was yelling at me because he made my coffee wrong in front of the customers he really needs lesson on how he make simple latte add just milk not milk-mixed up with something else.. he failed to do that 3 times with attitude in front of other customers

This location with the employees doesn't do a good job. I have multiple incidents with them where the manager don't know how to do her job. I paid through the mobile app and because my points didn't scan for free bagel, I want it back in my mobile app so I can do a transaction again, and I don't know if the manager don't know how to do it or doesn't want to do her job. She's not going above and beyond to help. Other incident to where an employee puts water in my hot chocolate, so it tastes like bland. Like why are you giving me a customer low quality of drink. I paid for that! At the same time, I ordered bagel and an employee gave me a cheddar bagel? Like what?! Please hire new employees for this location or train them the proper way.

Customer service is horrible by Aadi salesperson,I have taken 1 lb ice cream and I asked for him for cups for my kids and he said gave me only 2 cups and I asked him for 1 more cup and he wants to charge extra,I didn’t know that every Baskin Robins is different,some don’t charge and some locations charge,it’s queit disgusting
