There open from 9-3 for deliveries and receiving and a pretty fun place to back into lol, it’s a garage and people are cool , my appointment was 1100am and they took me at 830am and they unload fast I think 30 mins

Wasn't bad, just make sure to check in before you turn around because they have multiple doors, and you may not have to turn around. Save yourself some trouble, trust me, but I was finally unloaded in 30mins

Good people with good behaviour. Came here for the first time to deliver. Feel free to grab an extra lane for turning right. Came here 2 am no traffic . Parked in the street. Uh can make a u turn from dead end. Restrooms available. Unloaded within half hour. Good experience.

This company allows its delivery drivers to park illegally in bike lanes and endanger the lives of cyclists.
Rude managers….doesn’t like to call back or response to your call or if they do pick up your call, they talk like they are your boss. Worst beer distributor with terrible customer service.

Had a really great experience with this Company the day after Thanksgiving. Honestly was not expecting a great service experience. Had a load and was running late. Spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Mike then referred me to LT. Called LT followed by a text. He was quick to respond, asked how many pallets we had and said he would be able to accommodate us no problem. Gave him an approximate ETA, which ended up changing twice due to traffic, but kept him in the loop. LT met us at the gate and directed us in. He personally unloaded and had a great attitude the entire time. THANK YOU LT!! LIKE I TOLD YOU, YOU WERE CERTAINLY A BLESSING TO US THAT DAY AS WE DIDN'T HAVE TO STAY IN CHICAGO OVER THE WEEKEND AND WERE ABLE TO KEEP OUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

Eastbound Touhy: BE AWARE of sharp righthand turn just past the railroad crossing, which looks like an alley. SWING WIDE.Westside Dock: Sleepers w/53' trailers backing is a little tight, but is definitely doable. Go to deadend to turnaround first.
